I place Teo on the table in the middle of the sanctum, always keeping one hand close to her and feeding her my magic. There has always been rules to magic, certain boundaries that we have always been taught to work within. The nature of magic is not limitless, and we are taught what is possible. But there are somethings that are just not possible. Things that have never been done before.

Though I see these boundaries I have worked within all of my life being bent and altered to Layla's will, whether intentional or not.

Its exciting, exhilarating even watching it all unfold. As confused as I am about how it is possible, I find myself more interested in the possibilities.

Things are changing. What we thought we knew about the realm is expanding.

A werewolf should not be capable of wielding magic. Yet, there have been times when I see Layla capable of something she should not be able to do as a werewolf.
