Theo released a sigh as he saw Charlotte turn around and walk towards her cottage.

Theo and Matt were out in the woods with at least two dozen warriors to secure the borders. Since their Alpha was not going to be in the pack for three days, they were instructed to be more cautious. Under the current circumstances and the possibility of rouges around the pack, Alpha Azraiel wanted to leave no stone unturned in protecting his pack and mate.

They were explaining the positions the warriors are supposed to maintain for the next three days when they sensed her. Theo was immediately taken back to the day they found her, except her aura has grown stronger.
