My family, Tara, and I walk into my father’s office. I look around and notice that my gamma is not with us.
“I’m going to call Timmon. This impacts him as well.” I said.
“I’ll link him.” Tara says, “I’m glad you are finally giving my mate a break.”
Tara walks away as if she didn’t just drop a major bump on me.
“Wait, what? Hum? When?” I stutter.
“Dad, I think Tara broke Zel.” My brother laughed.
“Damn, bestie. Really? Is it so shocking that I have a mate?” Tara deadpans.
