She says I've brought her to a place where she's unwelcome. How do I convince her otherwise?" Patrick asked, growling as he put his head in his hands.
"Just let her continue with her therapy. It's gonna take time." I said, comfortingly putting my hand on his shoulder.
"She wasn't like this when it was just the two of us, hiking in forests and on the boat..." Patrick murmured frustratedly.
"She's been taught all her life that we all want to hurt her. She was probably surprised by how you treated herprobably why she fell in love with you." I smiled.
"I don't want her to be like this."
