"I am not ready." In truth, I didn't ever want to talk about it. I feared that if he learned what I was put through and how they treated me, he will think me a whore and leave me as would disgust him.

"I will wait until you are." He kissed my forehead,

"For now, sleep. I shall introduce you to the pack tomorrow. I stayed silent, conceding with his decision. It wasn't long before I fell into deep slumber, with the dread of meeting the pack still buried deep in my thoughts.
