Ishigami's character is a reaper, while Hachiman is a general from past era, Shirogane has a scholarly avatar while Shinomiya was a princess, they didn't really care about their avatar, Chika requested her avatar to be Pes, her pet, Masuzu wanted to be like an idol so Tanaka gave her Seraphine as an avatar, the others also have their own preferences while others didn't really care about it that much.
