Idk how to start talking about this masterpiece . For me it’s enough to know that the book is written by ash-knight to know that I’m about to experience the most thrilling , amazing , breathtaking work of art . You might think that I’m exaggerating etc but there’s something about ash’s book that keeps you on your toes , you live with the characters you experience their pain , joy , love and hatred . Idk how you could combine comedy with suspense and mystery and at the same time there’s a great love story ahead of you . The Fl is polite but strong and independent at the same time this is something we don’t realy see in most books written nowadays it’s like they’re telling for a female to be strong she must be rude and for the male to be hot he must be a sadistic playboy 🙄 it’s a whole different world here you will love every character and enjoy every single seconds you spend reading this story 💓 There’s something about ash’s stories that feelsm to me to be some kind of therapy . and of course once you’re in you can’t really get out , as the story is still to be continued and i have to wait for the chapters😭 I can’t grt my mind off the story i tried to read sth else to forget about them but even Shaekespare , Gaston leroux or agatha christie weren’t of much help to me to forget about Vincent and Eve . For me Ash you’re the best author of all times 🤍i keep telling my friends of how great your books are 😭😂sorry for making it long but i have so much love and respect for the author I couldn’t stop once I started , tho i never write review on books but she just earned it . The two main characters are both strong minded and not afraid to tell their thoughts! *sigh* what else could I say really? The first story I read on this app was Damien and then it was followed by your other books. I enjoyed all of them and every books leave a deep and beautiful memories in my mind. This book from the story line to characters they all quit remind me of Young Master's Damien pet and its really *sob* beautiful, fantastic and interesting. Mermaid it's a new creature in your books and added more mystery as I can predict what will happen next and one mistake is enough to bring her doom. The Ml, Vincent ,his behaviour remind me of both Damien and Roman T~T but still he has differences which make it anticipating. All in all, it's another perfect masterpiece by my favourite author on webnovel so I will never miss it. But still idk why, but whenever you start to write a new book it will exactly hit up with my term exams making it hard for me to catch up with the story and read it on time.😭😭 But it doesn't matter as long as I'm alive I could read it and that's enough for me. Thank you❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨✨
It has always been a joy to read Ash Knight's novels. This one doesn't loose from the previous novels of hers in terms of plot.. It isn't cliché at all and seems to have a beautiful flow to it like any of her novels. The characters are well built and no movement when you read makes you feel that you reading something rather it seems to be a movie and everything flashes infront of your eyes. So I would urge u to read this work of hers. Definitely worth your time. All the best to the author!
I am not good at writing a review, but ever since I read Heidi and The Lord, I kinda get a hunch that Ash-Chan is gonna be an excellent author. I'm sure I'll enjoy- and cursing (😆)- the oncoming cliffhanger just like her other books ever had. and, Ash, please take care of your health. your eyes and wrists in particular. we love you!

Each and every single one of her books always scored 5 stars or 100% to be accurated, everything about it is perfect.
In Webnovel and outside this platform, author Ash is one of my favorites hands down. I think her creativity, her story development and character development just always leaves you craving for more. Once you start one of her books, you can not put it down unless you already got to the part where she has yet to post her next chapters. What I love even more is when she created her own universe, 5 books, all connecting to the same story line but each have their own point of views, you never get bored or feel like you are reading the same thing, and that us a very hard feat to establish and she does it like a pro. If you know all her work so far, you will find some characters pop up from her previous works which is always much welcomed, because you love and hate all of them per her intentions. I personally try hard not to start the book she is currently working on because I am not a patient person and I read till the end and hate having to wait. (Btw while I don’t read the book right away, I always vote for her current work, or do accordingly to her instructions, because I believe she deserves all the awards, and recognition for her work). Unfortunately she is just so good, that even though I try to keep myself away, I loose the battle sometimes and I start to read it, like this book, I had read the first few chapters with the intention on just getting a little heads up, see where she was going, but now I am just addicted to it, and I can’t stop. Also, I want to say, I am reading some of her first few books and I can’t state just how much she has grown with her writing, its just beautiful, because her characters have become stronger, the back and forth between the protagonists, the feisty male leads that just make you want to love them while also wanting to punch them. Her story development is so much smother, she has gotten more detailed, and is able to clearly portray her imagination the world she has created, the story is not choppy or too rushed. It follows a path. I guess what I want more of is her creating another one of her own universe, where you get a bunch of different characters all linked in some mysterious ways, one surprise after another; leaving you wanting for more. Lastly, to author Ash, will you please be my knight and circle back to the Fourth Mistress and continue the story? It is just such a good book, and so different from your previous works, at least the ones I have read so far, its scary, and really made the hairs on the back of my neck stand as I felt chills, and while normally I may not have continued reading it. Like a masochist, I still want to read more. I hope it isn’t left half way, where it is such a big cliffhanger, and I personally am still confused with what really happens to Graham, if she really did go through with the process for him as well, then my gosh she is so strong, and I still want more while crying heavy heartedly. Its such a good work of yours, so please continue it!!! Also, will you ever sell your books as hard copies, I have always wanted to add your collection of books to my library, I have the perfect spot waiting. Sorry for the long review, but I seldom review books, top much of a hassle but for you I most definitely will do it anytime. Also your health comes first, to the haters, see you later.
