The Discovery

Charlotte woke up to see herself tied in a dark room. She tried to get her hands lose but it was no use, suddenly, the door went open and out came her fiancè James with her step sister Avery .

Avery gave a wicked smirk as she walked up to her elder sister and slapped her. Charlotte was stunned by her actions. Seeing the shocked look on Charlotte's face only encouraged her to speak.

"You insolent brat, it feels good to see you're finally where you belong. You are only an adopted child, yet you get everything. I am the only child of the Ying Shin family, but everyone always prefer you over me. Let's see how they love you when you're dead" , and with that Avery stabbed Charlotte.

In her dying moments, she promised herself that if there's a second life, she won't fall for such petty tricks.

She woke up with a splitting headache and the sound of a girl crying. As she slowly got up she realized that she's not in her room. Suddenly the girl stopped crying and said "Master Lao Lao you're awake". That's when it hit her "I've been reincarnated?! ".
