1 The Apology: Part One

The rain feels cool on my tired body. I look at my reflection in a puddle in front of me. Tired eyes, eye bags and worst of all a broken heart. I don't know how long I've been away from my home and highschool but all I know is that everyone is trying their best to get me back safely. Even my boyfriend. I walk down a dark alleyway, and memories start replaying in my head. All those beautiful moments I shared with Kacchan are now gone. I don't think I have the courage to see him again after running away from home. I trace the cool brick walls of the alleyway with my fingertips. Then in front of me stands the entirety of U.A. high school. I look up as thunder shakes the ground. 

I stand there at a loss for words. Then someone's voice which is quite loud startles me.

 "All Japanese citizens, my name is Katsuki Bakugou. I am the boyfriend of the vigilante Izuku Midoriya. Izuku has been out for at least seven months straight, hiding in the rainy streets of Japan-- Holy shit… I've just received word that Izuku is somewhere in the crowd.

 Izuku, I'm being awfully truthful here. I'm sorry for all the bullshit I put you through in highschool, and honestly the entirety of U.A. want you back safe and sound. Your mother Inko hasn't slept for months because of you running away from home. To add onto my apology, I'm sorry that I nearly died for you, and it probably could have been the reason you ran from home. Just to keep my stupid ass safe and sound from villains" 

I ran through the crowd while tears streamed down my face and there he was standing. I stop shortly. He turned around and talked to Kaminari before feeling my eyes on his back and turning to face me.

 "Come here Izuku.." he said, opening his arms. 

Tears fall down my dirty face cleaning it in the process and I fall into his arms. We hugged for a long time. I lost track of time during the hug. The crowd was growing louder and more agitated. I cover my ears from the noise.

 "Everyone please stop now! Midoriya is emotionally overwhelmed from all of this" Todoroki yelled from through the megaphone. 

"Mina take Izuku back to the dorms and get him changed from his suit," Katsuki said.

Mina followed suit and took Midoriya back to the U.A rooms. The minute Izuku steps into the common room, his mother comes running into his arms. She was crying so loudly.

"Mum.. I'm fine.. It's ok" Izuku said, embracing the sudden hug.

 Mina hands him some clothes and takes Izuku to the bathrooms where Izuku takes his first warm shower after so long. He changes into the warm clothes given. He steps out and walks back to the common room and sits on the couch before falling asleep. Mina covers him with a blanket and leaves, turning the lights off.
