chapter 5: happy halloween

Tuesday,October 20

It's been a few months now, I now have a full sleeve of tattoos, it has covered my others on my right arm. And I have a tattoo, and so does Eric, it's a jack and sally tattoo, I love it. It really is adorable.

But right now I'm on tour. I brought with me, Caroline, Veronica, Archie, Betty, and jughead. So far this tour has been flipping nuts, I think the other day, I don't know but yeah it was the other day, there was a black widow spider on the counter, I flipped, and the guys had to rescue us from it.

And today is the last day of tour. I'm sad yet happy we have been on tour for I think three four months? Yeah since May so nevermind, six months. And back home Eric already decorated a little. I'm going all out with Halloween here on the bus. But that's me. My bunk is a Halloween mural. I got bored so I drew on paper.

I'm very excited about tonight. I am asking Archie to sing on stage with me tonight. He's got a good voice, and a really good guitar player. Now I'm not the only one on the bus who plays an instrument, I can play guitar, bass, drums, piano, violin, viola, sax. So yeah. But Veronica and Betty are choosing my offutt for tonight. I'm worried.

Hour before set

He said, " you sure-" I said, " Archie if I wasn't sure I still would ask you." He said, " sure. I would love to." I smiled, " this is so great, but don't be alarmed, we will be right with you." He said, " this is awesome. What song?" I said, " you know the one I was playing a few weeks ago and I lied saying I had it stuck in my head"

He said, " yeah." I said, " that one?" He nodded. " okay get ready, we're on after parkway drive."

Veronica's pov

So tonight, Archie for one was amazing and sounded amazing with Rachel. But tonight, Eric her boyfriend flew in for the last day of tour. And they have been together for four years now. Which is awesome. " okay you got the ring?" He nodded, " I'm so happy for you to. She better say yes or I'm gonna be crying my eyes out for nothing."

He smiled, " I love her too much to let her go." Caroline is over here smiling, " good luck Eric" He went onstage, " go get her tiger."

Rachel's pov

I heard the crowd squealing, and screaming with joy. I looked to them, " are you all okay-" I looked over. I now had fucking glass eyes, I haven't seen him in over six months for me that's an eternity.

I ran over to him jumping in a hug. " I missed you.six months without is an eternity." I'm crying happy tears right now. " I missed you to my valentine." I blushed, " I miss you my knight." He smiled, " please get down from my waist." I did and apologized, " sorry."

He had this look, " don't give me that look Eric. There's kids here." Everyone laughed, " these past four years, have been the most wonderful of my life."

I blushed, " I love you with all my life Rachel. I still will. No matter what. Every morning I see you, it reminds me what the most beautiful thing is. That's seeing the one I love.

From our first date, I will never forget. It was Halloween you were standing over by the counter, and I approached you. You still have this fire in you. The most beautiful personality, eyes, the most beautiful you." I smiled almost crying again.

He asked, " Rachel Stacy O'Connell will you make me the happiest man alive-" he got on one knee, " and be my eternal rose?" I have tears streaming down my face, I nodded yes. He came over giving me a hug, I'm crying my eyes out right now, " I love you Rachel O'Connell." I smiled, " I love you forever Eric Northman." I am crying so much and so shaky. But I don't care, I am getting married to the man I love.

Back home

October 31

I am so happy, " good morning my beautiful valentine." I blushed, " good morning my knight." He smiled, " happy Halloween." I smiled, " happy Halloween." He hugged me, lightly nibbling at my neck, " your crazy babe." He joked, " but you love me."

I said, " that's true."

In the kitchen

"I am making scary pancakes, want one." He asked, " what are scary pancakes?" I showed him the pan which was a pumpkin pancake art. " sure." He grabbed a cup of coffee, after he grabbed plates, i grabbed one and put a pancake on it. " here you go." I handed him a plate. We switch on and off cooking, both of us do. Or whoever gets to the kitchen first."

Over breakfast

I was thinking, " hey Eric." He looked up while his face was stuffed with pancake. " would it be okay if I were not to wear a traditional white wedding gown?" He nodded and said, " you would look beautiful in anything my love." I blushed, " thank you Eric."

Next year

Tuesday,January 20

Bridal shop

We got downtown, and I pre made my dress. I haven't seen what it looks like so I'm gonna be surprised, I brought with me, my besties, Veronica, Betty, Caroline, Tiana, rebekah, and Freya. I asked if they knew where Danica was I talked to her over the phone, " hi, you must be raven. Hi I'm Danica." I smiled, " hi Danica." She asked, " who did you bring with you today?" I introduced them, " my best friends and bridesmaids."

She said, " we just got the dress in today it is gorgeous." I smiled, " I'm so nervous." She said, " you are gonna love it darling."

Twenty minutes later

Danica said, " okay turn around." I did and I was astonished, " this is wow. This is my dream dress." She smiled, " you love it?" I said, " I am in love with it. It's super comfy, and I love everything." She smiled, " you wanna go show them?" I nodded.

" okay come on."

Waiting area

I looked over to them, they were cheering it on, " I love this dress. It's perfect. It honestly is perfect." I turned around and showed them, " f**k I'm gonna cry." I seen them tearing up, " no please don't cry you cry I cry."

They laughed, " what do you all think?" Tiana said, " you look like the perfect punk princess getting married." I felt a tear shed, " I love it. It suits you." I smiled crying more, " s**t." Danica handed me a tissue, " I love this dress." They smiled, " congrats on your wedding day raven."

My birthday: valentines: wedding day

We have decided to have the wedding on my birthday. And this would mark five years together. And today I'm getting married to the man I love.

This is really just perfect you know? So continuing on to the epilogue I'm really wondering should this go on? As another tale or no? We will see.
