"Now where were we?" Josh said as turned to the dazed captain who regained his sense and put up an attack pose with a serious face. the guards also shivered as if a beast was looking down at them.

"HaHaHa, no need to be so tense I'm not going to kill you!"

Josh laughed waving his hands as he continued

"But, get ready for a rematch my brother Red isn't going to stop until he beats you, that has being the fate of many people after he had taken a beating form them and discovered how weak and useless he his, so don't slack in training he'll be back"

Hearing this, the guards all showed admiration to William's behaviour.

But in their minds they cursed.

"Bullshit, weak and useless? then what are we!!!"

"Yeah he had just taken a beating from a peak level 49 warrior\assassin just to help his friends!"

"Gah!! I wanna rip his mouth!"

They all complained behind the smiles on their faces.

they walked away slowly as the girls suddenly pounced on some guards and killed them viciously.

Josh suddenly shouted like he was in serious pain.

"what!!!" This alarmed the others as they closed in to check up on him.

"Argh, I should have threatened to kill them all if the didn't give me their food ingredients!!! and some other stuff!!!"

He said like someone who had just lost something dear to him.

He said and hurriedly went back.

Sigh, they couldn't help but just sigh and wait.

Soon he came back exited as he patted his spatial cube happily.

As he said this he suddenly went limp and fell.

His team were able to catch him on time to avoid any accidents.

"Ugh..." Josh groaned as he slowly opened his eyes. His vision slowly regaining it self as he saw a familiar environment.

"mmm,mmm,mmm it seems like I over did it again" He giggled as he stood up and walk toward the window and opened it looking at the beautiful night view of the city.

This was the prosperous golden city in the prosperous White continent formerly known as North America.

If you are somebody like Josh, you will naturally make a lot of enemies.

And so one have to live in places where they won't be able to do any nonsense. That is why they did a little research and ended up finding Golden city to be very suitable.

Golden city was a very prosperous place, and many big families lived here. It was on a newly emerged island that rose up at the Atlantic Ocean during the calamity.

They lived in one of the best and tallest construct in the city and this helped to ward of any suspicions towards them as they lived here with their normal identities.

Underground is where the true Shadow's base is located.

One might think living in a skyscraper as teenagers is not a way to avoid suspicions and would only fuel more, but they earned this skyscraper by themselves through normal means and some connections. Plus many other rich kids live in much bigger places by themselves because of their family background, people like Carmin, who is able to easily afford the super quantum computer can live in a much more complicated place than a skyscraper.

So his enemies have not been able to make a move as owning a skyscraper is a representation of power it self.

Soon he went to take a shower and changed into a normal shirt and free trousers.

Feeling refreshed, he sat on the bed crossed legged and took in a series of careful, precise and deep breaths as he shut his eye lids.

The energy in the surrounding trembled as they started to flow towards him, filling his consciousness or spirit realm and nourishing his body.

In an instant all the injuries he had sustained healed and he started to return to his peak state.

The energy flow increased and slowly formed a small vortex in his consciousness realm slowly expanding it surroundings and making his whole body ache.

A smally explosion occurred in his consciousness realm but it wasn't a harmful one as it even benefited him.

"Fuu, I finally broke through, I'm level 17 now " Josh said as he slowly stabilised his body and consciousness realm.

"Wow! you broke through? it seems like you just needed a little battle to help"

The space in front of him shook as white essence gathered together and took an humanoid shape! The casual male voice just now came from him.

"Hey! Spirit!" Josh greeted not surprised by this figure appearance.

"Hey, I bet you missed the handsome spirit you couldn't wait to reunite with me!' Spirit said as he did a handsome pose.

"Tch, you're still as annoying as ever"

Josh snorted in anger.

"HaHaHa, but what happened to on using the All booster??!!" Spirit laughed as he suddenly turned serious.

"That... was because I was in a pickle" Josh scratched his head.

"Sigh, don't forget that you cannot be using the All booster every time it is only a temporary measure to help your 'escape' difficult situations, and using it all the time is going to hurt your roots sooner or later, that is until you can get it to higher levels and your level is also strong enough"

"For now you should concentrate on training!" Spirit admonished him worriedly.

"Ok spirit I get it, now just show me my current information!" Josh said with a wry smile.

"You see that smile on your face worries me to no end!" Spirit said depressedly and summoned an interface with a wave of it's hand.
