"Mia come on let's go, hurry up. We are late." said Kaley rushing out of dorm room.

As Mia and Kaley were rushing towards their campus, Mia stopped moving as if she felt something or someone watching them. Kaley who was ahead noticed Mia and dragged her towards the classroom.

After they reached the classroom and took their seats at their usual spot, Kaley couldn't help but ask Mia "Hey, Love you have been absent-minded these few days. Is there something wrong ?"

"Nothing !" answered Mia who was still thinking of the events happened these past few days. "What now you can't even say things to you best buddy huh" said Kaley in a rather dramatic way.

"That's not it. I don't know what's wrong, if I am hallucinating or not. I feel like someone is watching over me." " How come you are hallucinating. You are the campus beauty, of course there will be people watching you." said Kaley looking proud. "It's not like that. I feel it's different." "How different?" asked Kaley. Before Mia could answer professor entered and the class started. "Later " said Mia and started listening to the class.

Meanwhile, somewhere inside the campus there is a dark figure talking to someone over the phone " Sir, everything is going well . Do you have anymore instructions ?" " No, continue with the task and stay hidden." a voice came over the bluetooth. "Yes Sir" answered the dark figure walking towards Mia's classroom and vanished into thin air.

After the class ended in afternoon, they both went to cafeteria to have lunch, but they were stopped by Kai. Kai is the one chasing after Kaley from their feshmen year, but she hates him for pestering her everywhere. Although Mia is campus beauty, no one dares to go near her because of Kaley who has hot temper.

"Kai let us go. We don't have time for your nonsense" Kaley burst out as soon as she saw Kai was ready to speak. Kai did not expect this and moved aside and said "Kaley darling can't we act like normal couple."

"Because we were never a couple" said Kaley as she brushed past him. "What's up with her ?" Kai asked Mia who was giving him a look that said wrong timing bro. "Kaley failed the interview which she is most confident in. She is just a little upset. Can't you see it on her face" said Mia and entered into cafeteria after Kaley leaving Kai behind.

Mia sat beside Kaley who is looking even more upset after encounter with Kai and asked her "Can't you give him a chance, he has been pursuing you for almost four years now and it's not like you have a boyfriend." Kaley retorted back "you don't have a boyfriend either then why don't you find one. Don't say you are not over that cheater yet."

Mia looked a little off with the mention of her ex-boyfriend Finn "he is not a cheater. we broke up amicably, we...." Mia didn't finish her words of explanation, Kaley interrupted "If he didn't then how come he got another girlfriend only after one month of your brea... " Kaley trailed off after seeing Mia's expression and decided to changed the topic "When is it for you interview tomorrow, have your prepare well." "yeah not bad, let's hurry and go back. I need to prepare a formal wear for interview."

Mia was a little disturbed because of Finn, they have known each other for more than eight years and it took him almost a year to just talk to her but now he is dating another one just after a month of their break up. She doubts now whether he actually ever loved her. Now she doesn't want to be in any relationship and just want to focus on her graduation and finding a job to help her family.
