The sun rays hit my face passing though our window grills. I forcefully open my eyes and regret being alive another day.

I look to the side and saw my brother peacefully have his nap. I climbed down the bed greeted with shadows everywhere.

What kind of shadows if you may ask ?

It's a bit complicated..

Just know that apart from being a girl apt to play a teenage tragedy ..I'm kinda more unlucky and I'm blessed with the powers to see shadows of the dead. My undead relatives to be specific.
