The feeling of being alone.

It was a cloudy stormy day, year 635 of the imperial calendar. In a dark solitude room , where the only light crept in through the small gap in the wall as the old walls began to crack open due to poor reservation of the whole room. This leading to the air around to be cold , cold enough to make you to shiver . The interior of this room was even more simpler than that of a small barn from a tale. 1 bed , 1 cupboard , 1 blanket , 1 pillow ; all damaged in some sort of way from cracks ,to dampness ,to fungus, each one looking as though they were unused for a century, forgotten in time.

This room although dead contained a life for 17 years of her life. It was a rather lonely feeling at night been left by herself in the darkness that dominated her life but she had a plan to escape everything and get away from those who mistreat her , dismiss her and make lies to gain the attention of those who have a higher position in society. Looking at her you would not even believe that she was a dukes daughter, well more like the real heir to the dukedom which was snatched by the greedy, pig-like relatives wanting to gain power to position themselves higher in society. From an outside view she looked like a well off , spoiled and almost celebrity like but inside the dukes mansion she was more ant like only given interest for their entertainment of her relatives around her age , jesting their valuables to the extremely poor child making fun out of her.

Even those at the great academy for only nobles to attend did not treat her with the respect needed for one of a duke's background, especially a baron's daughter who was believed to be a friend of the child betrayed her and started speaking trash behind her back which she accidentally heard when going to get a textbook from the library on basic life magic , which would be deemed useless for a noble of her status. It was a good thing she never told her about anything about her plans to finally get away. From that point on the child never trusted anyone again and she distanced herself away from most people apart from the all the important people who would grow up to be superiors in society to try and hide away from the flames of her uncle who was forcing her to get married to one of them so that the ducal household could gain more power.

The child was tired and crawled into her slightly warm bed and went to sleep.
