1 AT THE END OF THE DAY

"Damn, it's cold!" Robert said while entering his house.

"How was your day, Honey?" asked Jane, his wife.

"As usual," said Robert while taking off his boots. "Not much supply out there in the stores nowadays."

"Tough times, right?", Jane helped Robert out of his raincoat, "let's talk in the room, I have some Coffee at the ready to warm you up."

"Resourceful as always, aren't you!" said Robert, and kissed Jane.

"Let's see what you got today", Jane glanced into Robert's backpack. " That's quite a decent amount! Might last for a week!" said Jane, looking Surprised.

"What are you saying? It will barely last four days with three of us!" said Robert.

"Honey, you are still so forgetful!" Jane smiled sweetly, "It's only you who needs these." Her smile now turned unto a grin, "It's only you who's ALIVE!"
