Chapter 15

Jenna and Bai Ling arrival at the filming location caused quite an uproar. After the scandal, Jenna's reputation went through a significant increase.

If she was just a capable A-list actress before, now she is more capable since she not only gained more fans but also now her fans are more unyielding to any sort of rumors.

And her latest movie went from being a complete flop to gaining over one billion in the box office. She is basically a box office treasure that people want to work with now.

As soon she got off from her van, everyone that was present gaze followed her with every step she took. Jenna tried to find Tia with her eyes but it was to no avail since Tia went to the rest room.

The moment Margaret set her eyes on Jenna she walked to her immediately.

"Oh my big sister Jenna, it's such a surprise to see you here, I'm such a big fan of yours. Can I get a picture? What are you doing here? Do you have a role in this movie, I didn't know though, but don't worry I can show you round the set."

Margaret blabbered till the director came over to stop her. To everyone in the set who had spent time with Margaret, they knew she just wanted to make friends with Jenna so she could rub off her popularity and gain some benefits.

Even Jenna felt repulsed talk less of everyone present. The director welcomed Jenna before asking why she was here since he did not remember ever casting her for this movie.

"I'm just here to see a friend."

The moment Jenna said that, everyone felt like she was there to see Stephan since both of them once worked in a series together.

Even Stephan started to feel the same since no one was coming out to say they were the friend she came to look for. He didn't know that Jenna saw him as a close friend since they only had a conversation once off set.

But thinking of how she personally came to visit him he felt proud and started to blush little by little.

It fed his ego that someone as high has Jenna had a crush on him at least that's what he thought.

As he walked to Jenna basking in all the envy thrown his way by everyone, he got to where she was and tried to hug her before Bai Ling stood in-between them and pushed him away.

"Who are you?" Bai Ling asked barely succeeding in hiding her disgust for him.

Most people did not know but as a very experienced manager with loads of connections in the entertainment industry for year.

Bai Ling knew Stephan was a kept man and even had intimate relationships with lots of small actresses.

Due to Jenna's reputation she couldn't be too rude to him.

"I'm here to greet Jenna, isn't she here to see me?" Stephan asked almost confused with why Bai Ling was stopping him.

At this moment Tia came back from the rest room and Jake and Aimee pulled her to start feeling her in what was happening.

Tia almost burst out laughing with how exaggeratedly they were recounting it to her because she knew it couldn't be that embarrassing even though it was to him.

As the three of them huddled together, Jenna caught sight of Tia and called out to her.

"TIAAA!"

The moment Tia's name left her mouth, everyone looked at Tia with shock and suddenly felt like the little friendly girl on set that they liked definitely had a bigger background than they thought.

People already felt like Tia was a second generational rich kid who is acting for fun. Mostly because she literally came here with her personal designer who not only looks through all her attires but also criticizes every bit of imperfection related to Tia costume style.

One time she complained about the fake jewelry that was in Tia's costume because Tia was allergic to fake gold jewelry, she didn't even let Tia touch it and ordered a real gold jewelry custom made in the same design just for that scene.

Jenna took Bai Ling's hand and went to Tia excitedly. Obviously the excitement from this morning hadn't left her because she hugged and kissed Tia's cheeks numerous times.

After pacifying Jenna, Tia went to ask the director if she could take the rest of the day off.

Tia, Aimee, Jenna and Bai Ling ended up going back to Tia's suite.

The moment the door was closed Jenna flung her heels away, it was as if she was a different person because if her fans saw her right now, they would be shocked. Their elegant goddess was acting soo relatable.

This was just because she was comfortable around Tia, and with the way Aimee followed Tia around she assumed she was her manager.

"So you're an actress, huh. It's nice. You could make a living with your face alone." Jenna winked at Tia.

"Ugh please, anyways hello."

Tia introduced herself to Bai Ling before introducing them to Aimee.

"Nice, so you dress her huh, cool." Jenna said as she praised Jenna on her designs and the way she dressed Tia and Marie.

"You also have to show her every event outfit you wear so she can approve of them, she is my lead designer after all."

They conversed about the contract as Jenna and Bai Ling signed it. Before they left Tia told them to inform her about the next drama she chooses to act in so she can invest in it or if they see a suitable script.

Marie woke up this day with only one goal in mind, it was to get a contract with the Parallel cooperation.

After exercising and freshening up she made her way to Parallel cooperation. On her way there, she tried calling to book an appointment with their security architect.

The appointment was scheduled at 3 p.m.

Marie already got there at 11 p.m. so she decided to stay close and walk around to see if you could find anything important or useful.
