With the rumor in place, business was a kick-off. The price Pel set for each ring was 100MP (Merit Points) and no one contained it, some even found it to be very cheap.

Tessa Flora and Adam finally caught a whiff of the rumor and it took them no less than a second to arrive at the mission hall where Pel was selling the rings.

"It's really true, I thought it was just a rumor" Flora said, Tessa on the other hand was out of words while Adam kept his thoughts to himself.

"Pel?" Tessa called after getting closer.

Pel turned and waved at them. "Do you want a ring as well?"

"Do you know how much trouble you could get into for this?" Tessa asked, she couldn't understand why Pel was always trying to make trouble.

"Being constantly paranoid isn't a good thing and besides anyone can get one it's not like I'm restricting anyone" Pel shrugged and continued selling the rings.

Then a boy Pel found familiar walked up. "Give me five spatial rings"

"Isn't he one of those two boys from the other day?" Flora whispered to Tessa who frowned.

Pel after some thought also recognized him. "On second thought there are some restrictions to whom I sell the ring to...and as of now, one person can only buy one ring" he declared catching the people off-guard.

"Then give me a ring..." Josh said with sweat forming on his forehead.

"I'm sorry but you could say you and your friend are on my blacklist. Next!" Pel said and Josh's face turned indescribable.

"This isn't mine, it's for..." Josh got interrupted before he could say anymore.

"Yes, yes it's for your master, tell him to come and get the ring himself if he really wants one" after saying that Pel ignored him.

"Do you still not know who young master Damien is after spending so long here?" Adam scoffed.

"I have better things to do" Pel said and continue selling the rings.

Adam was speechless at his indifference but decided to stop caring and walked away, he wasn't like Pel, seeking death when it was perfectly asleep.

Josh on the other hand left angrily and went back to Damien's dorm room.

Damien had been waiting for him. When he had first heard the rumor about a spatial ring he thought it was a joke and ignored it but then he even found some students who claimed to have bought it from the mission hall.

He first asked Josh to investigate and if it turned out to be true, he should get five. He was even planning on letting go of his prejudice against Pel since he knew how much he would gain from the said spatial ring.

"Where's the ring?" Damien asked with a frown.

"He refused to sell me one and said you can come to get one if you want" Josh said still feeling angry.

"I was giving him a chance to redeem himself but it seems as if he doesn't know his place" Damien frowned.

"But young master, instructor Gru said not yet" Josh reminded.

"Forget that idiot, at the end of the month ranking will be released, we will deal with him then" Damien clenched his fist with hidden light in his eyes.

Pel sold most of the rings available and was able to make around 23000MP which was a huge sum for a newcomer.

He sold more for the next two days and noticed that some people even came more than three times but he ignored it as long as Tobias and Josh weren't among them.

Finally, it was weekend again and Pel decided to pick his first task but first, he had to meet Tulip.

"How are you faring?" Tulip smiled.

"I'm making life comfortable for myself" Pel said.

Tulip grinned. "Then you did not deem it important to inform me about your groundbreaking invention"

"So you've also heard about the spatial ring huh...don't worry, I made you a customized one" Pel smiled. Even for a human, he respected Tulip to say the least.

Tulip was honestly surprised by the gift, news about his spatial ring had been flying all over the place and yet she found out from outside.

Terrible couldn't begin to describe how he felt but now she was less upset.

"Anyway I brought someone for you to meet" Tulip said mysteriously and then a boy with gold eyes hair and equally gold eyes walked in.

Pel had come in contact with different species but you can recognize gorgeous when you see one.

His personality came strong but the next moment Pel realized he had misunderstood.

"Is this him, he looks pretty normal...so he is my little bro" the boy smiled foolishly before giving Pel a hug.

"Who are you?" Pel asked with an expression that said he didn't like being hugged by strangers.

"I'm Kingsley your big bro" Kingsley chuckled.

"Unless you're a Kerki in disguise, we're not even of the same species not to mention being brothers" Pel said rolling his eyes.

"Err..." Kingsley scratched the back of his head in confusion. 'What the hell is a Kerki?'

"You two catch up, I'll be back in two hours..." Tulip said. "And Pel...he is very trustworthy"

Pel turned to Kingsley who was still smiling and did not know what to think.

"So how did you meet sis...?" Kingsley asked putting his arm around Pel's neck. Pel shot him a glare and he immediately took it back.

"We met in in our process of running away" Pel said.

"So she saved you?" Kingsley asked.

"I did not need saving but sure you can say it like that" Pel shrugged.

"I get it, sis saved me too" Kingsley said.

"I am really not used to your way of addressing people.." Pel said and Kingsley chuckled.

"You and Tulip seem close, what is your story?" Pel asked.

Kingsley smiled. "I thought you'd never ask?"

'I think I shouldn't have' Pel thought inwardly after seeing his smile grow.
