'System, why didn't you tell me regeneration would hurt?'

Of course I didn't ask, I didn't expect it to hurt. It felt worse than the actual dying. I really don't want to do that again any time soon.

Wait since I regenerated, I should look different, right? Lets find out, so I took out from my inventory, the same mirror I made earlier.

Well damn, I'm slightly shorter, now only 6'0, but I'm more muscular looking, like a runner's body. My face has also changed, I'm...cute, OMG I got younger, I look 18 now. Though my hair is about the same, just darker, almost a pitch black. A big difference is my eyes, they are now a golden color. My skin is same as before, very white almost pale but with a hint of gold.

Hmm, that's interesting, my mind is faster, I still have average intellect but my brain is just faster, without the use of speed thinking. I can also hold two simultaneous thoughts, that's a weird feeling.

I can feel my speed healing working with my Self-sustenance to rejuvenate my body, I guess the regeneration was very taxing on my body.

When I was regenerating, the energy overflowed out of my body, and tried to destroy my surroundings, but my pocket dimension is strong so nothing happened to it, but it's weird cause my clothes were untouched. They still fit fine atleast, cause I didn't physically change that much.

After I got myself together from the painful experience that was regeneration, I opened a portal out of my pocket dimension. Walking through the portal, I appeared inside the Star Labs' cortex.

"Well crap", I say to myself out loud, hearing some kind of alarm going off. I didn't put my hood back up before leaving my pocket dimension, so my face is easy to view currently.

Soon Barry speed into the cortex.

"Who are, and what are you doing here?", Barry ask, he's wearing him costume so I can't see his face.

"Well, this is just an accident, I wasn't really paying attention when I opened the portal", I say awkwardly.

"You haven't answered my first question, who are you?", Barry asks again, but something seems wrong, he almost seems depressed.

"I could tell you, but you wouldn't believe me, so I just won't", I respond

"So be it", then Barry tries to capture me with super speed, but I could laugh at this attempt.

When he is within a few feet of me, I cause a little phenomenon a call a time lock. Barry is currently using his super speed, and yet he is frozen in time.

Now what should I do, I could trap him in the pipeline, or build something around him to contain him. Wait wait wait, I need to figure out what point in the story I'm at.

So I go to a computer and start searching for certain events. Hmm, it seems that I arrived six months after the singularity, so right at the start of season 2, that's relief I though I was in his dark future after Iris died. Which means that for the day atleast, Barry will be alone. Perfect I can spend some time talking then.

So I walk back over to Barry and I release the time lock, and he continues speeding towards me. I let him grab me and put me in the pipeline.

"Well, this is a nice little room, a bit bland but still nice", I say looking around the tiny room, before looking at Barry and smiling.

"Tell me Barry, why are you wearing your mask? We are in Star Labs and I already know who you are", I continue to smile, I wonder if I'm unnerving him yet.

"How do you know who I am, and again who are you?", boy oh boy, he really wants to know huh, it'll be a shock and he won't believe me.

"Of course I know who you are, I even know your future, as for who I am, I'm Alfonso Allen", even though I've only told him the truth, he won't believe me.

"I know my brother, and you aren't him", Barry replies angrily.

"I'm so hurt," I say sarcastically, "of course you don't recognize me, I do look a bit different in this regeneration."

"For say I did believe you, what is this regeneration you mentioned", weird response for how Barry was portrayed during this time.

"Well, regeneration is a way that my body can bring itself back from the brink of death, but at the cost of looking like a different person, I believe it also affects my mentality a bit too", after I say that I try and imagine the same energy that coursed through my body earlier, to gather in my hand, and my hand starts to glow a bright yellowish orange.

"mm, well that's a great story, and nice trick with the glowing hand, but I dont believe you", Oh Barry, why dont you just believe me, you even chased off your friends.

"How do I prove to you that I am Alfonso, your brother?" This should be easy, I'll just tell him my secret that only he knows.

"Fine, tell me something only me and Alfonso could know", Barry says.

"In high school I told you I was gay, so that you could give me advice on this cute nerd I liked", I say when smiling confidently, then I continued, "though I never confronted him, cause I chickened out, so you didn't go to a party with Iris that night cause you stayed home and comforted me", that'll definitely be enough info.

Oh I wish I could see Barry's face.

"Ho..how do you know that?"

"Well it is simple Barry, I was there, cause I am Alfonso", why am I trying so hard to convince him, oh yeah, cause he's family.

It seems that he believes me, even if just a bit, cause he opened the pipeline and let me out.

"I still don't completely trust you, but for now I'll let you out, but you cannot leave Star Labs"

Barry says, trying to sound commanding.

"Will do, Bar. I'll just sit around and watch Netflix", I say then Barry speeds away.

I walk to the cortex, when I get there the suit is back on the mannequin, I guess Barry is going to his day job.

So I spent the next few hours binge watching The Office, till Barry came back.

When Barry came into the cortex in the afternoon, without looking up I said, "You should go to the Flash Day ceremony tomorrow, not because you need to feel like a hero and reciever the key to the city but because you'll be needed to help."

"Help with what?", Barry ask.

I smile and look up at him and say, "I can't say, it would ruin the surprise, besides you'll be getting team flash back soon, whether you want it or not. Now go ahead and clear your mind by rebuilding businesses", this shouldn't change stuff too much, but it will help him hopefully.

So Barry speeds off, to go and clear his mind.

"So I got till tomorrow to prepare for Zoom", I say with a sigh, "I hate him, atleast Wells was a good person once, but Zoom is just a broken child that has became an evil man hellbent on dominating."

So it has been six months since the singularity and another year before the singularity, since Captin Cold shot me. I'm only a little bit mad, and that's just because it hurt. Now onto more important business, I still have a quest to complete, become a hero. I already have an idea of how I can achieve this. First is to decide what meta power to show off, but since I already told Barry about my regeneration, I think my power can pass as some kind of energy manipulation. This is probably my best bet and makes sense too considering that Barry's meta power was a connection with the Speed-Force, which he can utilize in different ways, later in the series atleast, and even Wally could create energy constructs from the Speed-Force energy.

Now an important question is whether I have to be acknowledged by the populous as a hero, or in just my actions?

'System, for my quest of becoming a hero, what will label me as a hero? What are the quest completion requirements?'

[To complete the quest, Become a hero, you need to be recognized as a hero by the people who know your identity]

Well that's confusing, I guess I need my family and friends to think of me as a hero.

[Correct]

Yeah I'm gonna have to ask Barry for advice in becoming a hero, I think it's something along the lines of never give up, always believe in yourself, and we don't kill. I think this is gonna be exausting, but I hope it's worth it, either way I'll be working with Barry so it should be fun.

So I spent most of the night binge watching The Office, and about 2 AM I started browsing the internet, nothing risque since I never know when Barry would speed into here to change into his suit.

The day went as normal, with Barry actually showing up to the Flash Day celebration,and having to savbe the mayor since the celebration has attacked by a meta from Earth-2. Then Barry was given a usb with Wells' will on it, which Barry disregards even though he knows that if he doesn't watch the video he will loose Star Labs.

When Cisco, Joe, Iris, and Professor Stein came into Star Labs, I just went and hid in the pipeline, I sat on a walkway, with my legs dangling over. Barry should introduce me to them at some point, but I didn't want them to just walk in here and Joe point his gun at me.

Cisco and Stein did figure out where the meta was but Barry refused their help, and sped off. He is in for a rude awakaning. Barry got beat up by the meta and when he escaped he got to Star Labs and passed out.

When Barry awoke he had a little chat with Barry, I walked into the room and Joe was about to point his gun at me when Barry stuck out his arm to stop him.

"Joe is right Bar, you need team flash back together, if you want to protect anyone you need help", I just hope I'm giving good advice, since with or without it Barry would have rebuilt the team.
