A girl standing among her friends spots Alexander walking to the cafeteria for lunch and licks her lips, 'you'll be mine someday'

(Alexander POV)

While walking to lunch I couldn't help but feel a chill down my spine I shake my head and just walk into the cafeteria so I could get something to eat.

I walk up to the student store and buy a pizza pocket and a Dr.pep the worker asks if I want anything else I Say no and head to the table.

While I'm walking I see Chris and April joined the group for lunch she was holding a teddy bear while stealing glances at Chris with a blush on her face and Chris would also steal glances at April and when they caught each other they quickly looked somewhere else.

I sat next to Cora and nudged her arm she looked up from her phone and smiled beautifully at me and gave me peck on the lips she said "Hey."

I said "hey, so what's up with those two?"

She giggled making April and Chris blush "well while you were getting food Chris came up to April who was already sitting at the table and gave her the valentines teddy bear and said 'happy Valentine's Day, will you go to the movies with me tonight?' Of course this was all in true Chris fashion stuttering and all" Chris couldn't look any of them in the eye.

"That's as far as it got until you got here we're still waiting for her answer"

We all looked at April and she hid part of her face behind the bear

April said "A-are you asking me o-on a date?"

Chris looked suprised and he looked at me for help and I shrugged and he looked at me like I betrayed him, I wanted to laugh... so I looked the other way and did it silently.

Chris looks at her nervously and said "Y-Yes" he looked away prepared to be rejected by her.

"Okay"

He looked shocked all he could say was "what?"

April giggled at his reaction finding it cute then she spoke more sure of her answer "I said yes, I'll go out with you."

The rest of lunch when by with the girls teasing the two of them about their little date.

(After school)

Alexander is tying his cleats then he put a band in his hair to help keep it out of his eyes since it was starting to get annoying while he was playing.

Then he closed his locker and "BOO!"

"Holy Crap!" Jared scared him the guys that were left in the locker room laughed so hard.

Alexander just had his arms crossed "cool, cool I guess I'll tell coach that we should focus more on running after practice"

They all groaned and started blaming Jared and Alexander had a smirk on his face he wouldn't do it but it's funny seeing them all turn on Jared in a second.

Jared said "eh, I still got you so it doesn't matter" they were the last ones that started to walk out of the locker room.

Alexander grinned shrugging said "at least I got some revenge"

As they walked out of the door they passed Jason who was talking with a man they've never seen, he was pretty tall standing at 6ft 5in, Seemed to be in his late 30's with ginger hair and trimmed beard he was going to introduce himself but then Jared had fan girl moment and said "Your Mason Stockton! Former Manchester United Goalkeeper! Can you sign my gloves!"

I face palmed Jason looked like he was about to lose it he just gave us both some blackmail material.

Mason said "Sure mate, but after training"

Jared looked confused and I felt the same he said "why is he talking lik- No way!"

Jason said "alright, alright calm down Jared. I just thought maybe you could use some real guidance from someone who's done it before. so I gave my former teammate a call since he recently hung up the boots to see if he wanted to work with you and Andrew until the end of the season and the rest is history"

Jared took a deep breath and turned in my direction and he pats his own cheek and says "come on dude, slap me so I can make sure I'm not dreaming"

Jason says "Woah, there won't be any slapping now hurry up and get out there"

I who was already getting ready by raising my hand stopped said "Damn" and I jogged off leaving them behind me.

(After practice)

I stopped in the driveway at the same time as my dad and we both got out and I see him empty handed I raised an eyebrow and said "you didn't forget Valentine's Day, did you dad?" He froze halfway out of his truck and he slowly got back in.

I heard him yell out of the window as he drove off "I owe you one!"

I was laughing my ass off and I didn't notice Cora walk up to the house.

She smiled and said "why you laughing?"

I said "my dads reaction just now!" As I got my breathing back under control Cora looked confused and then it clicked 'he said just now so he was just here, so'

She said "he forgot didn't he, men."

I looked at her eyebrow raised I slowly walked up to her and she leaned back against my moms car with me standing in front of her.

I said "men huh, I recall not forgetting what today is"

She looked up at me and leaned forward slowly she said "well, obviously your different but you better not forget in the future."

I met her halfway and said "I won't"

and I kissed her and put my hands on her hips and that make out session lasted a couple minutes when we pulled apart we were breathing heavily foreheads resting against each other's.

She bit her lip while looking at my lips and I couldn't help but think how sexy that looked I knew what she wanted so I went in for more when I pulled back she said something I didn't expect from her.

"Alex I-I think, I-I'm ready to do it" and she looked down with a healthy blush on her cheeks.

I said "You think your ready? To do wh- Oh! oh well are you sure?"

She quickly said "you know what, forget I said anything!" And she went to storm off and I softly wrapped my arms around her waist from behind expecting more resistance but didn't get any.

I said "hey, my bad it just came out of nowhere. Wheres this coming from we haven't really talked about it so it was unexpected" I kissed her cheek and she relaxed in my arms.

She said "it's just the girls we're talking about it then they asked me about us and I told them we haven't and they were all shocked, they said all boys are the same and that I should give you some or you would look for it elsewhere and I got scared, I don't want to lose you"

I felt her trembling and turned her around saw her eyes all watery and when a tear escaped I cupped her cheeks and wiped it away.

I shook my head and said "hey, let ok at me Cora. I'm not going to leave you just because you don't do it with me Cora, after all these years you should know that's not me. I haven't even asked about it once because I've been going at your pace with what your comfortable with so if you want to we will, if you don't we won't until your ready. Your my world Cora I would do anything for you and you mean to much to me to force you into something you may not be ready for."

Cora felt like the luckiest girl in the world and instantly attacked his lips with her own while thinking 'I'm going to marry this man.'
