The outing
It was a warm summer in glow town and Alexa was on a tall cushion, setting the decorations for the summer when the door opened up and she fell because of the shock " Aaaai!!!, Sorry uhm who's there as she tries to stand and sees her friend Stacie, oh Stacie you shocked me, as Stacie ran to her side laughing but helping her up " I'm so sorry lex, I didn't know you where up there, get up and get ready for our outing today?" (She said in a question like way)
"Oh yeah I'm coming alright, let me go and get dressed"
"I think you look okay to me" "really?"
"Of course it's not like we're going for a party"
"Correct, okay let's go meet my mum in the kitchen..... She's making cupcakes!" (Alexa screeched happily)
"Oh I would love for a taste, as she ran with Alexa to the kitchen"
Mrs Brenton was in the kitchen cleaning up the decorations utensils,she just used for icing up the cupcakes when Alexa and Stacie came into the kitchen,
"hi mum me and Stacie are going for that uhm outing I told you about?" "Oh dear are you done setting up the decorations?" "Yes mum done and dusted"
"Okay, would you guys love for a taste of my freshly baked cakes?" "Oh Ms Brenton I'll love for two please" " of course stacie I baked allot you could have three if you wish"
"Thanks Ms Brenton" as she picked up three and Ms Brenton wrapped them up in a foil neatly for her as she smiled sheepishly
"Mum what you me?"
" Darling you could have a taste then when you're back from your outing we'll have our usual treat, me you eating cupcakes and drinking milk in front of the TV"
"Okay mum" as she kissed her mum on the cheek and picked up a cupcake as her and Stacie ran out screaming bye from the door, Ms brenton "smiled and continued her dish washing...
Alexa and Stacie where in the woods walking and discussing when they heard a voice calling them from afar, they turned around together in time to receive over joyous Blair that jumped on both of them happily as they both fell on the floor. " Blair we were just coming to your house"(Alexa) "while I'm just coming from your house Alexa"(Blair)
"Oh yeah ladies we better get going I doubt if Leo's gonna be home for long, as they picked up the pace and soon arrived at Leo's house.
Leo is a novel fanatic and well he took over his dad in that aspect cause his dad wrote novels, he believes the world revolves around them and humans came to being from there. Alexa, Blair and Stacie rang the doorbell and where about giving up cause that was the 3rd time when the door opened up with leo cleaning his eyes looking like he's been asleep. " Hey Alexa Blair and Stacie, come on in already"
They all walked in and sat down as Stacie handed leo lne cupcake and he smiled and munched it almost immediately...They all sat and discussed when suddenly leo brought an idea"
"Oh guys before my dad travelled he gave me a gift I've not unwrapped it yet so maybe it's best to do that now" " yep bring it jerh already"(Stacie) as he goes inside and comes back shortly with a large sized stuff decorated beautifull, he sat down and they all watched with keen interest as he opened it and it turned out to be a.... "Wow it looks magical" Alexa said then Stacie interrupted saying it's crazy...really!" Then Leo said" Hansel and Gretel,looks nice let's read it ?
