"I'm sorry if it makes you uncomfortable sir, but you should know it's necessary" Maria Hill said calmly.
"My name is Alex Wayne, and yes, I understand your situation, but that has nothing to do with me, simply having weapons pointed at me makes me very uncomfortable, especially with my daughter here" Alex said quietly as he looked at the soldiers.
The place is still silent.
"I recommend that you give the order to lower your weapons Mrs. Hill, this man's daughter is enough to kill us all and I consider that they are not a threat" Doctor Strange said to give her a way out and eliminate this awkward silence.
"Lower your weapons" Maria Hill ordered her men after thinking about it for a few seconds.
"Ugh, this situation was very weird, even for me" Stark said.
"So Mr. Wayne, can we know why you are in our universe?" Doctor Strange asked seeing that things had calmed down.
"Actually, it was never my idea to come to this universe, I just wanted to go on vacation and some Cosmic thought it was a good idea to send me to this place" Alex answered as he shrugged.
Everyone falls silent.
Laura, who has been listening to their conversation, feels a gaze on her and turns to look at the culprit.
It's the Wolverine of this universe.
Laura looks away and decides to ignore him.
This annoys Wolverine a bit but he doesn't say anything, this Laura's smell is different so he knows she's not the same.
And still a little annoyed, he continued to help others.
"So it was just by mistake... if you want, we can help you get back" Doctor Strange said.
"Yeah, I also know someone who can return you to your universe" Stark said.
"This is not a competition, Stark" Captain America said with a bit of disapproval in his voice.
"You don't have to worry, I know how to get back, we just decided to spend our vacations here" Alex interrupted.
Those words make Maria Hill raise her eyebrows.
"Don't worry, I won't cause any trouble and besides, you will be very busy with this incident" Alex said to them.
"Then come with us, as there are many things to clear up" Maria Hill said with a commanding tone.
"I'm sorry but I can't do that, I have to go back to see my other children. And don't worry, I won't hide anymore and Strange will be able to find us" Alex said as Riri prepared to open a portal.
"Stop!" Maria Hill shouted when she saw that Alex's group wanted to leave.
The SHIELD men raised their weapons and pointed them at Alex's group.
The Sentinels also seemed ready to attack.
"Are you sure about this?" Alex asked calmly when he saw their actions.
"If you don't obey then that's the way things will be" Maria Hill calmly answered.
Doctor Strange, Iron Man and Captain America don't know what to do in this situation.
But before they could make a decision, they hear a large number of gunshots that surprises them.
And moments later, the SHIELD men's weapons are destroyed.
The Sentinels were going to attack, but Alex throws a small cube that transforms into a Legion Sentinel.
The appearance of this Sentinel surprises everyone present.
"Hill, stop it!" Captain America said quickly.
Maria Hill quickly gives the order and everyone stops their attack.
The Legion Sentinel turns back into a cube and returns to Alex's hand and as he looks at the Sentinels of this world, he says:
"It is a waste and a great disappointment that the Sentinels in this world have not changed for the better"
The whole place falls silent at his words.
"Not all universes have you Alex, so it's normal" Rogue said with a smile.
The other girls in his group nod their heads in agreement.
Alex shakes his head, he thought that even if he didn't exist there would be people who could have done better, so he doesn't consider that he has done something special.
All of Alex's group, except for him and Est, go through the portal and then close it, leaving the two of them alone.
"Aren't you going too?" a confused Captain America asked.
"My body is special and all Mutant abilities and Mystic Arts become useless on me" Alex said with a shrug as he went to activate his glider.
"Who are you really, Alex Wayne?" Maria murmured.
Alex heard her murmur and as he rises in his glider accompanied by Est, he says:
"My name is Alex Wayne, and in my universe I am the Governor of Genosha, a Mutant country with over 25 million mutants living in it"
When he finished speaking, he leaves the place at high speed.
Everyone who stayed behind is stunned and still hasn't recovered from what Alex said.
"It's amazing that we met the ruler of Genosha from another universe when the Genosha in ours is destroyed. Do you think he'll be upset about that?" Stark asked with a serious expression on his face.
"You don't have to think about it too much, he's been at least a week in ours and it's impossible that he doesn't know what happened in Genosha, besides, he's letting us know his position so we'll know his movements" Doctor Strange answered as he looked into the distance.
"I hope you are not supporting them Strange, you know they are a threat, especially that girl who you consider to be a cosmic entity" Maria Hill said coldly.
Doctor Strange looks at Maria Hill and says:
"It seems your new position has atrophied your skills, Mrs. Hill."
Captain America, Iron Man and Maria Hill look at Doctor Strange in confusion.
"What do you mean Strange, didn't you see the girl's energy level? Even my sensors didn't hold up to those readings" Stark said.
"That girl is not the most terrifying of that group, but Alex Wayne himself is the most dangerous. Using my powers, I tried to analyze him just so that all my spells were destroyed before I got any information, and he knew what I was doing but he didn't bother, also the moment he touched the girl, the energy she released disappeared. It's a hypothesis but I think he has the ability to destroy and nullify all superhuman powers and my Mystic Arts" Strange explained.
The three are surprised and fall silent, analyzing the information.
"Now that you mention it, sometimes my sensors didn't detect that girl's energy" Stark added.
"Well, let's think about that another time, now we have to help in the rescue" Captain America said as he went to help.
The other three looked at each other and decide to go with the Captain America idea.
