The holographic displays shimmered in the air, unveiling the intricate web of research that Aiden had assembled.
Aiden paused. He could sense the weight of information pressing upon Mai and Akira.
With a gentle gesture, Aiden dimmed the holographic displays, their glow fading into the background. He turned his gaze to his friends, Mai and Akira, and a rueful smile graced his lips. "Apologies," Aiden's voice had a hint of embarrassment. "I must admit, I've bombarded you with alot of information."
Mai and Akira exchanged a knowing look.
"Rest assured," Aiden continued, his tone soothing, "you don't need to understand everything at once, we'll take it one step at a time."
With a wave of his hand, the holographic displays winked out, leaving the room bathed in a softer light. Aiden's gaze shifted back to his friends, a look of concern within his eyes.
"We have classes first thing tomorrow," Aiden spoke gently. "For now, I recommend you both get some rest."
With a glance at the door, Aiden used his magic to open the door.
"Thank you, Aiden," Mai's voice held appreciation. "We appreciate it."
Aiden inclined his head, a gentle smile spread across his face. "Always."
They walked down the corridors, to their rooms, chatting the whole way there.
