Author's Notes: Another short one bc I made this while going to school.

The teacher overseeing the tournament matches called for the end of the duel, saying that the remaining matches would be continued another time. But Ash ignored the teacher's instructions and dashed forward toward Z, ready to attack, but Z calmly evaded his attack ease. Teachers seemingly teleported to Ash, surrounding him and sternly warning him to follow the rules.

Reluctantly, Ash complied, putting his hands up with a crazy smile. As the two left the arena and walked back toward the rest of the top-ranked students, Mai couldn't stopped them. She turned to Ash and asked why he kept calling Z "Kaito."

Ash let out a chuckle before finally revealing the truth. "Kaito," he said, "is Z's real name."
