Chapter 25

At the Marine Headquarters things were boiling up as usual. A group of commanders were sitting with a small glass of sake on the side, as they discussed the new bounties. 

Commander Brandnew had sat Sir. Crocodile's previous bounty of one million berries on the board, as he voiced out. 

"One of the seven warlords of the sea, Sir. Crocodile and Daz bones were apprehended by Captain Smoker after he planned to lunch a rebellion in Alabasta Kingdom. However we know that he wasn't the one who defeated Crocodile and Daz bones."

Most of the Commanders were shocked, it was all over the news that Crocodile was beaten by Smoker who just happened to be in town. 

"So who was it?"

"Could it be another warlords? Possibly Mihawk?"

"That must be the case."

The commanders muttered to themselves and the green haired commander Brandnew felt a little headache. The pirate crew in question had their first bounty a few weeks ago. 

With a loud sound he pasted two wanted posters on the board, "It was Straw Hat Pirate Monkey D. Luffy and Pirate Hunter Roonoa Zoro, with a bounty of 100 million berries and 60 million be aries each! The two beat Crocodile and Daz bones respectively!"

"What? Really? Didn't we review the Straw Hat a few days ago?"

"Why is Pirate Hunter Zoro working with a pirate?"

It would take a long time for them to figure that out and Commander Brandnew wanted to focus on the two most depressing issues. 

The destruction of a CP-agent headquarters, which caused a death of a Celestial Dragon, and about the fallen Celestial Dragon who became a pirate.

"Silence!"

Everyone in the meeting room immediately turned silent, at his shout. They knew he would need to address important matters, like the birth of a new threat to the Word Government. 

He took out a wanted poster of a blond haired man with the looks similar to that of a woman, and had a mouth in each of his palms. 

"CP5 and Saint Alessio were destroyed by this man. The captain of The Artistic Explosion Pirates Triple Mouth Deidara, he was also able to injure Admiral Akainu who was in his pursuit, before fleeing. 

The room turned silent, no crazy pirate would start by destroying a CP-agent headquarters, yet that crazy bastard had did. Not to mention killing a Celestial Dragon and injure an Admiral. 

'This guy is a dangerous nut bag!'

They had the same thought and Commander Brandnew announced his first bounty in the pirate world. 

"He is starting at a bounty of 500, 000, 000 berries!"

It was a reasonable amount for someone who fooled Akainu with an exploding Clay Clone. The truth is the Admiral had caught the little trouble maker, and was on his way to Impel Down when his ship suddenly exploded. No one knows this, and just assumed the little runt used his Devil fruit to run away. 

"Now to the most pressing matter, in which the elders decided to involve themselves." Commander Brandnew stated, his voice wasn't as powerful as last time, this matter had caused a stir in the offices above. 

The other Marines muttered in a more flustered tone, but the green haired man didn't bother with them. He took out a perfect picture of Kisame wearing a black turtle neck cloak with Samehada on his shoulder. 

"The next person has a Devil fruit that controls water."

"What?!" An elderly Marine shouts, "Something like that shouldn't exist! It will make him the king of the devil fruit users!"

The only way to beat him would be to use haki, but Pirates are based at sea, he can sink anyone there. His devil fruit alone would make him an Emperor. 

"He defeated Captain Smoker all the times they fought." Commander Brandnew didn't try to hide it like with Crocodile, but the winner between Kisame and Smoker was unknown, the two are evenly matched. 

"He used to be a low rank pirate in the Sun Pirates and also escaped slavery from the Celestial Dragons countless times."

The current Fleet Admiral had matched him to have the same back story as Kaido and such a person would really hate the World Government. 

"He is Shark Man Kisame Hoshigaki starting at a bounty of 350, 000, 000 berries."

He wasn't as much of a threat as Deidara, but looking at the bigger picture he would be one if let loose. His devil fruit was annoying and even an advanced haki user would lose to him in water. 

"Now the Captain of Shark Man Kisame-"

Brandnew's words didn't finish, as the Marines were shocked. 

"Such a person is working under someone?"

"Could it be the White Beard Pirates, or the Red haired perhaps?"

The commander ignored them and took a close up wanted poster of Itachi with his sharingan activated. 

"Former Celestial Dragon Saint Itachi with the ability to make illusion come to life, he defeated both Captain Hina and Smoker single handedly."

Kisame might have assisted, but that wasn't important right now. A person who can make illusion come true is extremely dangerous. He might make a plague appear in the World Government Headquarters. 

The fact that he used to be a Celestial Dragon was the cherry on top which made all the Marines freeze. Generally a disowned Celestial Dragon is killed by his slaves the moment he is leaves the holy land. 

This fact also made the elders and one powerful woman to interfere in the making of his bounty, which led to him having 'Only Alive' on the bottom. 

"With a starting bounty of 500, 000, 000 berries. Wicked Eye Itachi Uchiha and it is unknown whether he is a bandit or pirate."
