Akaashi's day

A/n: Just to be clear I do not own any of the drawings that will be put on this story cause I can't draw at all and all the credits go to the artists who drew them any way I hope you all enjoy this chapter😉🥰

-A few weeks later-

Akaashi's pov:

Bzzzzz Bzzzzz

I woke up to the sound of the alarm ringing and I pressed the snooze button but I couldn't go back to sleep so I just lay down on my bed for a few minutes before getting up to take a shower, as soon as I took off my clothes I heard the door open from downstairs *I thought my mom went to work* then I heard someone yell my name and from the voice, I knew exactly who it was...

"AKAASHI!" Bokuto yelled my name

"I'M UP IN MY ROOM!" I yelled back at him

I heard him quickly come up the stairs, for a second I forgot that I wasn't wearing any clothes so I just quickly put a towel that was closed to me over my waist. Then, Bokuto came barging into my room...

"Hey hey he-" he stood in front of me froze in shock "AH- sorry Akaashi I'll get out and let you change," he said blushing a little.

"It's ok, I was going to take a shower do you mind if I-" before I could even finish my sentences he quickly responded

"Of course go ahead I'll wait for you here," he said still blushing.

Bokuto's pov:

"Of course go ahead I'll wait for you here," I told Akaashi as he was about to take a shower

*Seriously Bokuto you just had to barge into his room like that stupid, stupid, stupid* I looked around Akaashi's room for a while, he was still in the shower and we had to get to school

"Akaashi are you almost done I don't want to be late for school," I called out to him over the running water in the bathroom

"Yeah, I'm almost done," he replied back. I got a little hungry while waiting for Akaashi so I went downstairs to see if there was any food, sadly there wasn't.

After a little while, Akaashi came downstairs, and with his hair still wet, I have never seen Akaashi with his hair down he kinda looked different.

"Are you ready to go?" he asked me, I stared at him blankly.

"Bokuto? Bokuto-san?" he called my name, snapping out of my trance

"Huh? What?" I asked him pretending I didn't hear my name.

"I said are you ready to go?" he asked me the second time.

"Oh yeah, I'm ready," I replied while we started walking out of the door.

No one's pov:

Bokuto and Akaashi started walking to school on the way to school they started talking about Maria and how they will have to make adjustments in the changing rooms...

"So what should we do?" asked Bokuto looking at Akaashi for answers

"I don't know, maybe we could let her change first then we could go in and change," answered Akaashi with his thinking face on

As the boys get closer to the school they heard a scream near the gym, they dashed over to the gym to see who screamed, it Maria, the boys had a concerning face...

"Are you ok?" asked Bokuto with a worried tone in his voice

"Yeah, I'm fine why?" Marie replied with a confused look across her face

"We heard a scream from the gym and it sounded like you so we scrambled over here as fast as we could," Akaashi explained, he then asked, "So what happened?"

"Oh right, you know how I tried out for the boy's volleyball team?" Maria asked excitedly

"Yeah," replied Bokuto and Akaashi in unison

"Well, I made it I'm on the team!!!!!" exclaimed Maria with a huge smile across her face.

Akaashi's pov:

Maria just told me and Bokuto that she made it into the Fukurodani boy's volleyball team, I felt uneasy about this and I don't know why maybe it was just because she was the only girl in our volleyball team, I mean she was just a classmate of mine nothing more than that, right?

After practicing, we were all drained out, surprisingly so was Bokuto but Maria on the other hand she hitting the volleyball against the wall trying to receive the ball *how does she have this much energy, she reminds me of someone like that*

"Hey, Maria do you want me to pass the ball?" I asked walking towards her with a smirk on my face

"Yeah, sure that will probably help," she answered with a big smile on her face

*She's so cute when she smiles, wait what- no Akaashi you can't think of her like that you don't even know her, snap out of it*

I felt my face heating up, I don't know why I felt this way towards a girl that I don't even know but he remembers what he said to her, on her first day of class

~Flashback~

"D- do you remember me?" I asked her but I wasn't looking at her.

"Um.....I- I don't really know" she stuttered not knowing how to answer the question.

"It's fine, you do look familiar," I said slightly smiling.

"I- I do, wait how do I look familiar if we have never met?" she replied with a surprised face and slightly confused.

"I don't know, you just look familiar that's all," I said still isn't looking at her but she didn't seem to mind besides we don't know each other but only look familiar.

~Flashback Over~

Akaashi's pov still:

*I still don't know why I said that but something about her does seem familiar and I can't figure out what that is* then it hit me (not paying attention to the ball) suddenly I felt something hit my face, I got knocked down and saw red dripping down onto the gymnasium floor, I heard footsteps rushing over to me

"Oh my god, Akaashi I am so so so sorry," apologized Maria looking terrified, probably because she hit me with the volleyball

"Oh my god, you're bleeding," said Konoha looks scared for his life

"Are you ok?" asked Bokuto who was also scared for his life

"Yeah, I'm ok," I said while covering my nose so that I won't get any more blood on the floor

"I'll go get some tissues," said Maria with an 'I'm sorry' look on her face

She got back with some tissues, for the rest of practice I just watched them play when Maria was about hit she was quick as hell she did what it looked like a quick attack (the scene when Hinata and Kageyama did there first quick attack, it's kinda like that) I was shocked at what I just saw, my eyes widen and I can tell that the rest of the team were shocked too, *the only quick attack that I have seen someone do that is-* then I heard her say something that brought me back to reality

"Ba-boom!" she yelled

That's when I realized she was Hinata, cousin, all the memories came flooding back to me like a tsunami, but just to make sure that she was Hinata's cousin I asked for her last name

"Hey, Maria what's your last name?" I yelled across the court

"It's Hinata!" She yelled out, to my surprise I was right, I looked at her blankly not saying a word

The whole gym went dead silent that I could hear a pencil drop and we all looked at Maria, she looked at us all confused, I was not expecting the right answer, but also what is she doing here in Fukurodani Academy and not Karasuno High? I thought she went to the same school as Hinata, the gym was still silent, I and the boys looked at each other shocked and confused, I was questioning things in my head then suddenly Bokuto yelled out

"WHAT! are you Hinata's sister"

"No, I'm his cousin, I moved to Tokyo a few weeks ago," she replied with a guilty look on her face

"Why didn't you ever tell us," said Wataru just as confused as the rest of us

"I didn't think it would be such a big deal," she said pouting, getting a little annoyed by us asking stupid questions. The whole gym got chaotic to the point where everybody was yelling over each other, I could tell that Maria was feeling uncomfortable crowding around her...

"Guys leave her alone, I'm sure she had a reason to keep this a secret right?" I told the guys that were surrounding her but like always they wouldn't listen, I grabbed Maria by the wrist without thinking yanked her away from the crowd.

I just stood there with Maria by my side I still holding her wrist and once again told the boys to back off, I let go of her wrist

"If she doesn't want to tell you guys why she didn't tell us that she was Karasuno's #10 cousin then she doesn't have to," I scolded them like always, they looked at me with frightening looks on their faces, then I just walked off not knowing what to say.

Maria's pov:

A/n: I'm going to skip down where the boys were crowding around her cuz I'm too lazy to write that scene again.

The boys were crowding around me asking questions making me overwhelmed, I didn't know what to say so I just looked at them feeling uncomfortable with them surrounding me, I got a little annoyed they kept asking me why I didn't tell them that I was Hinata's cousin, it's not that interesting I'm just Karasuno's #10 cousin nothing more.

"Guys leave her alone, I'm sure she had a reason to keep this a secret right?" Akaashi told the guys but they wouldn't, they were still surrounding me and asking me questions, then the next thing I knew, someone grabbed my hand and yanked me out of the crowd...

"If she doesn't want to tell you guys why she didn't tell us that she was Karasuno's #10 cousin then she doesn't have to," Akaashi scolded them, I look at Akaashi who was pissed and looked back at the boys and they were terrified, I can tell by the faces their making but the only who wasn't as frightened is Bokuto, he just stayed calm, I guess he's used to Akaashi acting like this, but now I know not to make Akaashi mad.

A/n: This is the end of this chapter I will still be doing more and I am taking request from you ladies and boys/gents but I might not be able to update all the time because of school, I have finals coming up so wish me luck and have a falltastic week.
