Abomination

Five days ago after the event that left one of the witches dead, and another injured, Kim and Lucianne made their way outside ikuwamiri, they were both arguing over the child Lucianne had just taken away from ikuwamiri.

"I think you should reconsider Anne, we don't know what the effects of keeping this child will be"? Kim argued.

"Oh, so the mighty blood witch Kim is now afraid of a baby" Anne said mocking Kim

"No, but I'm scared of the unknown" Kim argued again

They were both lost in their argument as they didn't notice the shadow demon that had cut down the people of ikuwamiri had somehow appeared before them. The demon immediately attacked Lucianne.

"Watch out!" Kim shouted as she blocked the demons attack with her enchanted daggers.

"What is it doing here and why is it attacking us"? Lucianne asked as she came back to her senses.

"I already sealed it with the blood moon. Somehow it seems to have escaped" Kim responded.

Kim pushed the demon back before cutting her finger and chanting "'blood explosion'" she said as she controlled he blood towards the demon and immediately it got close the blood exploded.

"I don't think that will be enough" Lucianne said as she ended the enchantment she had begun to cast after she saw the demon. "'Lock' she said as a small light construct engulfed the area of the explosion and shrinking it, after a while the shadow demon was seen it was almost as if it had not been involved in an explosion just a moment ago.

"We need the gourd to seal it to-"Kim's word died in her mouth as she noticed the area they were was covered in red, she looked up confirming her thoughts. The red moon had also somehow escaped and had joined the fray.

Lucianne and Kim faced the shadow demon that was having problems breaking Anne's lock spell now hitting the spell with a newly found strength. The reason why both abominations had been chosen for their mission was that the blood moon was able to feed the shadow demon its strength and the shadow demon in turn fed the red moon its victim's blood.

The demon broke out of Lucianne lock spell and walked towards the two women who were now prepared for round two and they knew this wasn't going to be easy.

The shadow demon pointed its sword to the child Lucianne was holding before speaking.

"File (leave her), Maalo (go away)".

Lucianne was shocked as she understood what was going on, the child was somehow able to attract these abominations.

"Kim we need to seal them now!" Lucianne screamed. The shadow demon released its energy and tried to finish Kim but the blood witch was able to dodge although sacrificing her left her to the attack. She didn't even have the time to scream in pain as she knew there was no time to falter. Shadow guard Kim chanted another spell as she used a bit of shadow magic to cover the area to lessen the boost the red moon gave the shadow demon. Lucianne responded by casting her own spell water star a water spell that shot out at the red moon like a star. Although they couldn't physically harm the red moon, as the creature possessed the moon, they were able to block its light for a bit. The shadow demon tried to attack Anne again but it was once again intercepted by Kim.

"It's time for you to rest" Kim said as she chanted her blood bind spell as different cuts automatically appeared around her body and her blood wrapped around the weakened shadow demon and bind it.. "We need to seal it both before the blood moon comes back into view". Lucianne said to Kim but as she was talking the shadow demon broke free and appeared beside Lucianne with great speed and was about to cut her down.

"How wa-" Lucianne and Kim were equally shocked but they were in for a bigger surprise as the demon suddenly stopped when its blade got to Lucianne neck, then it turned into smoke and disappeared into the child she was carrying. They open their mouth in awe of what had just happen as the red moon followed and entered into the child's body. Lucianne looked at the child who was still sleeping. She checked her arm and saw that two more tattoos had appeared and she could only guess what a red moon and a beast clad in black amour meant.

"This child…." She said as the child open its eyes for a brief moment before going back to sleep.
