Internship

I have arrived at this beautiful looking building that had a Japanese mansion on top and it's that's surprisingly close to my house, so I didn't bother going to school and just informed Aizawa sensei about the situation.

He lives in the same neighborhood so he knew what's up and let me just come here without making trouble.

Getting in I was greeted by a secretary and was ushered to the rooftop where I saw Edgeshot giving instructions on his sidekicks about their katas and stands(Not JoJo Stands unfortunately), there's a really traditional atmosphere in the rooftop with all the sakura trees and all.

He saw me and pointed at my case which is holding my costume and pointed at a small building on the other side of the rooftop I can see that it's a small changing room.

He wants me to change into my costume that's for sure, so I went ahead and changed.

Once I come back he was sitting cross legged under a sakura tree and drinking tea looking all mysterious and shit, he gestured me to sit and gave me a cup of tea.

This guy is a modern age ninja I am not about to go against him, I doubt I can act before he knocks me out unless I mastered Pre Cognition to warn me about it.

"I have indeed send out invitation for you but you have chosen me amongst others, may I ask why?" God I forgot about his voice being like this it sounds so good.

"I wanted to refine my hand to hand combat abilities and train my other ability I am sure principal informed you about sir."

"Yes, indeed then I will have you train until you drop dead from exhaustion, I saw how you fought it's indeed good but not good enough and you've been just using your quirk on minor stuff apart from stopping time, why don't you use the moves you used against the girl with the vines"

"I can't really lower the power output that was the lowest I can get it and it shredded the space apart, I need the enhance my knowledge on how space works to fine tune it"

He raised an eyebrow at that.

"You don't need practice just knowledge?"

"Practice is important but without knowledge I am just like a headless chicken, I already read everything about Physics and Quantum Mechanics that I could find without knowledge I can't do precision."

I can get insights from observing Kaleidoscope but that's a quick way to lose the remaining part of my sanity.

"I am assuming you're coming up with your own theories?"

"Yeah, I already debunked some theories about space"

"You never published your findings?"

"I doubt anyone would believe me since I don't have concrete evidence, maybe later once I am bored."

"All right, before I test your physical abilities I want you to show me the most ridiculous stuff you can do with your quirk it doesn't matter what it is, it's not everyday you can find someone that controls time and space after all" He made the Kakashi eye smile.

I can say that he just wants more info about my quirk, oh no don't get me wrong I have lived a relatively normal life but there was always someone watching me from Japanese government.

There's no way they'd let a quirk such as mine go astray but it took me some years to realize it.

Hearing Edgeshot I took out a door out of my inventory.

"Wait... You carry a door with you? I saw you pull stuff out of thin air while watching the festival, so I am assuming it's some kind of inventory but a door?"

"It could have been a mirror but mirrors are overdone"

After saying that I connected the door to the Shröndinger's cat dimension and opened the door the infinite number of cats floating around the space.

"It looks amazing but I don't know what this is"

"It's Shröndinder's cats"

"They exist?"

"Of course, in here they're dead and alive at the same time until someone opens the box then one of them randomly disappears"

"Interesting" He's certainly level headed.

"Anything else?"

"I found a Mario dimension..."

"Like the game?"

" Yes, it proves Multiverse theory and also gives a new meaning to the saying 'every story ever told really happened' "

"Ever tried to going to one?"

"No, this dimension is the only one that I can physically reach and there's not much stuff here but it's kind of an amusing thought that we're probably a manga or an anime in some other dimension"

"Okay, Let's just start testing physical abilities but don't use your quirk after all we're testing your technique." I guess the last one hit him hard since he didn't give a opinion, I already accepted the fact that I am probably some MC of a poorly written fancfic.

It's just life.

Getting into position I attacked, I had no imaginations of beating him but he would probably wait until I attacked.

Of course I got my ass handed to me pretty quickly just in one minute no it was less than minute.

"Again!"

So, I tried to hit him for the next hour and obviously failed.

"Hmm, alright I have a good understanding of where you are" I resist the urge to say 'Right in front of you'

"Now I will show you how to walk silently and you will walk like that rest of your life, practice until you can't get up, that's your homework for today I will not be taking you on patrols until you satisfy me once you learned how to walk I am going to show you how to fight.

If you can't do it in one week you can say goodbye to going on patrols with me but I will be quizzing you on different scenarios and what to do if you ever run into one."

"Okay." Things I learned from him probably be useful in the future wherever I go.

Probably... Maybe?

Walking without making a sound is quite hard since I am used to walking normally but Edgeshot walks in a weird way that distributed his weight evenly and it somehow nullified the sound.

His quirk also helps but this is something that only takes practice to do.

I have been walking like this for the past 30 minutes and god my feet hurt.

In the end I preserved and toured the entire building walking like that, rest of the people working here gave me words of sympathy especially the sidekicks who had to learn this to work here.

Building itself is beautiful it reflects the ancient Japanese atmosphere perfectly at least on the inside after all it's tall gray building on the outside, there are small trees(Bonsai?) at every corner with " Kamui Woods™ " on them and the garden on the rooftop was brilliant.

It certainly distracted me but I was able to maintain my form as I walked around, once I finished touring and gone back to my spot I realized it took me 4 hours to tour the place, not that it was big but because how slow I walked.

"You certainly took your time"

"Figured it would be better if I got it right before going faster"

"Good, I don't like impatient people. Now sit, I am going to teach you how heroes work and get paid"

He proceeded to talk about how they catch villains and how it's being reported how it's being processed by the police and how they get their money.

It's an complicated system and police mainly works to do the paperwork on government's behalf.

It certainly made me look at police in a new light most of these dudes are just glorified paper pushers in this world, unless you're a detective of course.

I couldn't do it in one week...

It took me 5 days to get the walking down and Edgeshot just fought me for the next two days, he didn't change my fighting style or anything just gave hints and showed weak spots I had, generally he just beat me up until I couldn't get up.

My prana supported body healed faster and I got beaten again and again.

I must say it was very useful for me, now I can scare the ever living soul out of people by sneaking on them.

Joking aside my CQC advanced leaps and bounds...{I always found this saying weird}

In summary I didn't get much in the form of training Kaleidoscope but what I learned is definitely going to help, especially sneaking hehehe.

Talking about Kaleidoscope I finally got a door working and sent an apple and brought it back, it worked.

Now I just need to find Type-moon and make sure to set it up in the correct address I don't want to find myself in south pole.
