47 Volatile

Aila swallowed her pride just so Yhuan can be at peace with her, whatever it is that is bothering him.

"Okay Love, I'm not mad at you, don't worry." Yhuan kissed Aila's hand.

The couple walked sweetly on their way out the campus, their looks are the opposite, but they definitely look great together. The classy chic and the rugged bloke, the way he holds Aila screams of possessiveness towards the beauty, while she seems like a woman who is ready to surrender to his charm.

Yhuan and Aila arrived at Café Isadora, they sat on their usual spot. Aila ordered her favorite sizzling pepper beef; she needs protein now that she has a lot of activity. While Yhuan ordered the same thing, wondering what Aila likes about her food. Aila loves iced tea, the tea they serve in Café Isadora is from real leaves, personally farmed, and dried for the royal family. They need to be sure the princess drinks the best tea there is.

Yhuan is lucky enough to taste the royal tea and of course the cooking of Aila's personal chef. Although he does not know it, he is in for a treat every day.

After eating, Aila decided to ask Yhuan about the incident earlier, she does not want misunderstandings between them all the time.

"Love, can you tell me what I did wrong this time? So that we can avoid it from happening again"

Aila asked Yhuan seriously while Aila she held his hand and rested on his shoulder.

"It's not you, I just don't want your sweet gestures with Bryan earlier, everyone watching you said you make a good couple"

Yhuan confessed to Aila.

"Seriously Love? Could you not get jealous of everyone, you know me better than anyone else. And Bryan, while doing the shoot I just discovered that he is actually my childhood friend, he is like an older brother to me"

Aila explained thoroughly while she feels frustrated having a boyfriend who's always jealous.

"Alright, but still l doesn't want you to be close to him!"

Yhuan's definite with his answer, Aila wanted to calm him down by acting cute; she can't sacrifice her relationships with other people just for Yhuan.

"You're cute when you're jealous love, but please don't make it a habit, it gets really annoying when you're like this all the time"

Aila just ended the issue with a cute laugh.

After eating their lunch, the couple went on with their routine, they walked together to the bus stop.

When Aila went home, she saw Bryan with his father, they were laughing together.

"Hey Bryan, you are still not off the hook! Why did you not tell me earlier about you?" Aila was pouting her lips in front of Bryan.

"Sorry Princess, I was about to tell you, but I did not have the chance since your boyfriend had been always there looking angrily at me." Bryan was laughing at her friend.

"Now I remember you were at the Café, I know you won't be able to enter there if you are not a cardholder… I was too slow to figure it out." Aila also laughed at herself.

"I was working in stealth, it's only now that you became a varsity player too, that I get to have a nice cover to be closer to you, but you know with Yhuan around I can't easily do my job and most likely it will bring you trouble," Bryan explained the logistics nightmare he is encountering.

 "Don't worry, I already told him that you are my childhood friend and he should not think anything beyond that." Aila happily explained it to Bryan while she feels like her relationship with Yhuan is becoming real terrible trouble for her security.

"He will still be jealous of our relationship believe me," Bryan stressed it out to Aila.

"Yeah? Why do you think that?" Aila was out of idea on how to make it easier for them.

"Because I am a man and your man is an insecure and possessive and untrusting dude." Bryan did not hold back when he described Yhuan in front of her.

"Ouch, I take offense at that; don't be too rude to my boyfriend okay," Aila begged for leniency for her immature beau.

"Okay I'm sorry, Don't get me wrong; I don't hold it against you, but just so you know my only obligation is to take care of your security and privacy, if he gets overboard we might execute some measures." Bryan did not hesitate to warn Aila of something that is not far from happening.

"I'll keep that in mind, okay, let's change the topic, and help me train for the inter-school tournament?" Aila's request sounded more like an order and Bryan happily agreed.

Aila was immediately reminded of her best friend who is also harboring bad apples against Yhuan. Perhaps it is because they are both in charge of her security and Yhuan's personality isn't exactly ideal to keep her secret.

"What do I do? I'm in love with a stubborn, immature, and overly possessive guy." She murmured in her mind as she sulked in the corner of her bed.

"ring.. ring"

Aila's phone was ringing, it was Yhuan. Aila's eyebrows raised thinking why he would call when they literally just parted ways ten minutes ago.

"Yes love?"

"Have you arrived home?"

"Yes, I just got up my room, why did you call?"

"Love, that's what lovers do, check on each other."

"I know, but we literally just parted ways minutes ago, do you mean that I should report to you when I get home?" Aila's tone was neutral; she was factually just asking if it is how Yhuan wants it.

"Why not? Did I disturb your chat with someone?" Yhuan was agitated with her honest question.

"I was just asking Love, this is my first relationship, could you please be kinder and help me deal with you properly?" Aila said in a low tone to ease Yhuan's agitation.

"Yes, I want to know when you get home or what you do when you get home or when you plan to leave or meet with your friends." Yhuan was stern in his request.

"Okay love, I can do that." Aila was being submissive to Yhuan just to calm him down.

Aila plunged into her bed with her head under her pillows. "My gosh, my boyfriend is such a volatile person."
