18 BASIC TRAINING-2

Liam rose the next morning just to find his siblings sleeping next to him. They had a good dinner last night, but the situation soon turned bad, because they were asking about Leon.

"Where is brother Leon," Sara asked Liam. He stayed silent for a moment trying not to burst out in tears before the duo. He couldn't burden them with the sad news.

"He is busy with his work for now. He and Mia will be visiting us in the future. We need to settle down in preparation to greet them once they get here." The two smiled and nodded their heads.

He finished dinner and rushed into his room, to isolate himself. he cried once again. He could never forget the feeling when he encountered the situation. He felt extremely helpless. But he couldn't give up on the situation.

He still had two siblings to take care of and one more to find the whereabouts of.

He immediately rose and began his training. even at the peak of the night, he decided to train and become stronger in the fastest way he could. The awakening of his new power had increased his strength by a huge limit. Not only was he a powerful manager, but a berserker too.

He had both incredible magic reserve and immense body strength. He continued to train tirelessly, and soon enough the next morning came. An alert for the training schedule arrived on his newly acquired device.

He got ready and rushed into the training center.

To his surprise, the Courageous Dragon base was quite large in size. He had never expected to see such a vast district owned by a single company and all the residents being top-class hunters. For a moment he became mesmerized by the grandeur of this settlement and began to move around.

He saw massive buildings which were either residents, or schools, or shops, and even training centers, weapon shops, and buildings allocated to various teams within Courageous Dragons. In the middle of all of this stood the tallest building of all, the main base of the courageous dragon.

The building was said to be used only for two things. One was the initial coronation of hunters into the company, rewarding them for their contributions and the logistics departments. The only team which possessed a base here was the very ace of the Courageous Dragons. It was comprised of the top echelons of this company.

The minimum requirement to become a member of this team was to be an S-rank hunter. The main offices were also present within the building and this was the spot where his training was scheduled to happen. he entered the building and gave out his identity card to the guard.

The guard's expression changed once he verified the information and he directed Liam to the inner chambers immediately. He soon arrived in an open hall, which looked like a stadium of sorts. He was looking around when a voice was heard.

"So this the last member of this year." Liam turned around to see five people sitting on benches not far from him. There were two girls and three boys among them. All of them were of Liam's age. He guessed that these must be the recruits just like him.

"Where are you from mate?" A cheerful voice asked Liam. It was a guy who had a normal height and looked amicable. Liam looked at him and then decided to ignore him completely while making his way to the space on the other side.

He was about to sit on it when someone put his leg on top. He saw a guy who had been sitting up, lying down, and putting his legs on the spot. " I am feeling quite sleepy. I see that you don't like to answer questions.". The guy said with a threatening tone.

Liam waited for some time and seeing no reaction proceeded to move towards their space. But the man who had been sleeping rose and reached the spot first. " I changed by decision. This is a better space. You are going to lose your friends if you act like that mate." The boy said to Liam.

Suddenly the whole environment changed. A dangerous feeling was emanating from Liam's body, and the boy's expression changed. he was about to move out when Liam's figure moved, and he kicked the boy directly in the abdomen. The power was so incredible that the boy was shot out of the area and bashed into the wall.

The whole group immediately stood up from their position>S some rushed towards the injured boy while the others were on guard against Liam who was giving out dangerous feelings. The boy who was bashed into the wall was no longer conscious.

Liam slowly made his way towards the boy who was unconscious and profusely bleeding all over. The other members of the group immediately formed a barricade against him.

'We are sorry for his behavior, but I think you should stop here. " One of the girls spoke up.

"You think you can stop me if I want to kill him./" Liam said with an emotionless tone. The atmosphere turned these with that sentence. All the group members were sweating profusely due to nervousness. They understood that Liam was far more powerful than them.

" I see what you have met," Drake Gillmore's voice was heard as he approached the group from behind.

"What happened to him?" Drake asked when he saw the unconscious boy. The girl who spoke to Liam was about to reply when Liam suddenly interjected.

"Why bother with a question when you were looking at this place from the beginning?" Liam asked.

"Well, I didn't expect you to sense me. Well played." Drake congratulated Liam.

"This might be totally out of regulation for me to ask, but why didn't you stop him?" The girl asked.

"Because, I needed you and your new friends to understand who the real alpha is here, Nancy." He then looked towards the whole group and spoke.

"Meet your future leader, Liam Chang. He is an SS-rank dual awakener with a mage and berserker class. I hope you get along well."

The unknown dungeon-

"Are you awake Leon?" AIGIS asked.

"How long was I asleep for?"

"You were asleep for a whole day if calculated according to the real world. In the dungeon, you were sleeping for thrice as long. Time moves a little slower here." AIGIS explained.

"That's long. The schedule was tiring though. Did I manage to complete the training schedule?"

"yes, you did. I would like you to see your stats now." Leon followed the instructions and looked at his stats. His level was now two, and his body position was optimum, but different regions showed different colors. His strength stats had increased the most. It was at 9. While the next was endurance at 8 and agility at 7."

"Please go to your inventory now." Leon went to his inventory and bound many things in there. The first thing he saw was within the weapons category. He got a sword, a small knife, knuckles, a spear, and a bow.

"These are the basic weapon sets that you got as a reward for the successful completion of the first mission. Think about any of the weapons." Leon thought about the knife, and it vanished from the tab. It appeared in his hand the next moment and Leon was surprised by the feeling.

"This is how you summon weapons. You can store all kinds of things in the inventory too. You just need to push the object onto the inventory and the rest will happen automatically." Leon followed the instructions and practiced for some time.

"The blanks show the number of available slots. They will increase in numbers and quality as you level up. The next thing is the supply section." Leon opened it and saw a variety of supplies, from food to water and even suits. The most mysterious one looked like a sheet of paper.

"Take the sheet out and tear it." Leon did and the sheet was converted into a huge workout set used in gyms.

"This is the basic workout package and it will be a part of the next training phase. Once you manage to complete this training, we will start with the actual training."

A message popped up once again.

"Basic Training-2.

Resolution: To complete a five-day basic enhancement training each day the whole set needs to be completed.

Time limit for each set- 1day

Aim of each set-10000Dumbells, 10000 Sit-ups, 10000 Push-ups, 10000 Pullups, 100 KM run, 10000 squats.

Rewards - 2 level ups, 15 independent points to be granted, Novice training set, Start of hunt mission.

Failure - Crushing of bones and electrocution torture for a whole day."

Leon's eyes almost went blank when he heard it. What sort of hellish system did he obtain? He will die while completing this training schedule.

"Shall we begin?" AIGIS said.
