"Surround them all and tell them to start marching in. I will do the overall survey and relay command from the top. Make sure to surround from all sides. No one should be able to escape from our grasp. You need to make sure that every exit and entry route is covered. Also station five groups of spotters in a 10 km radius from this location and have them watch for any suspicious activity.

" Why 10 KM radius? Wouldn't that be a waste of manpower?" Athen asked.

" What if the residents of the base have an escape route they could carry their goods through?" Drake replied.
