Neaf's mind was stuck on Alfred's words, trying to piece everything together.

So, am I unique? Neaf thought, never imagining he'd be this rare.

'Not bad,' he mused silently.

"What's on your mind, Neaf?" Alfred's hand rested on Neaf's shoulder, breaking his thoughts.

Startled, Neaf looked up at Alfred. "Oh, just pondering my uniqueness," he replied.

"I'm your father, the finest. How could my son be anything less?" Alfred boasted, his lips curling into a proud smile.

What a self-boosting man, Neaf couldn't help but wonder.

"What's wrong? You don't seem to agree," Alfred's eyes narrowed.

"I don't know. Your red face might make you think you're the finest, but to each his own," Neaf chuckled, feeling a bit lighter than before.

"Well, I never thought I'd see the day when my own son, even if he doesn't remember his own father, would call me 'red face'," Alfred exclaimed dramatically.

Hahaha!

Neaf chuckled, observing the dramatic expression on Alfred's face, clearly offended by being called "red face."

Which was true.

He didn't resemble anyone Neaf had seen before.

Even the other robots didn't have the appearance of robots, disguising themselves with human skin.

"You're laughing at me? Shameless jerk. I prefer my own skin; it's comfortable," Alfred retorted.

"Don't mind me, but I have to say, you don't have skin. It's metal. I don't know where you got the idea that what you have is skin," Neaf replied, still chuckling.

"Whatever I have, I'm young and handsome with it. What about you? You've been looking like a ghost for two days," Alfred remarked, a small smile forming on his lips as he noticed Neaf looking better than before.

Neaf's smile faded as he recalled why he had been looking like a ghost for the past two days: the looming deadline and his inability to communicate with the real Neaf.

"You should go out, Neaf. It might help refresh your mood and reconnect your brain with your past memories," Alfred suggested.

"Am I Bluetooth?" Neaf quipped.

"No less than a Bluetooth, but your signals aren't working nowadays," Alfred chuckled, patting Neaf's shoulder.

"If only I were your son," Neaf thought inwardly, knowing he didn't belong in this body.

"Whatever. I don't think I'm in the mood to go anywhere," Neaf replied.

"Who said you need a mood? Come with us; we'll make the mood along the way," Alfred raised his eyebrows.

"Did you come here to talk or to take me somewhere?" Neaf narrowed his eyes, staring directly into Alfred's.

"I came here to talk, but you're not ready to say anything, so maybe we can lift your mood with a little fun day," Alfred smiled, his red-coloured metal showing no signs of wrinkling.

Neaf pondered the suggestion. He realised that sitting here and overthinking everything wasn't making any sense.

Maybe he could use some fun.

Seems like not a hard thing!

Neaf nodded his head. "Take me, I think I need to get out of this room too."

"That's my boy. Go get ready. Let me give this news to Alisa; she'll be excited too," Alfred exclaimed, jumping up from the bed in excitement.

"Sure. Inform her," Neaf bit his bottom lip, unsure why he agreed to this.

Maybe it was guilt for the tension he was creating, or perhaps he just needed it.

Could it be because he never got attention from his parents? This seemed like an opportunity for him, didn't it?

Neaf pushed aside all the thoughts. He didn't want to dwell on a life he never even wanted. Other than the love of his grandparents, he couldn't recall much that brought him happiness, and dwelling on it only brought pain.

"If... I can say something, I hope you don't mind," Alfred's eyes scrunched as his smile faded a bit. "Just behave well with your mom. I know you're suffering, but she's human, and her emotions are different."

I am human too! Neaf mentally thought. He knew he was in a hybrid AI robot body, but that didn't mean he lacked emotions. His soul felt entirely human, and from what he observed from the real owner of this body two days ago, he could feel the half-human side's emotions bursting out.

Still, he had to admit, he had never seen any parents as understanding as Alfred and Alisa. He couldn't help but feel jealous of the life this body had been living before he took over.

'You're still pushing it all away because you don't want to pretend,' his mind screamed.

'What can I do? I can't pretend to be fine!' he rolled his eyes.

"Why are you rolling your eyes, Neaf?" Alfred's voice snapped Neaf back from his thoughts. He looked at Alfred. "I'm not. It just happened... I'll be on my best behaviour, don't worry," he replied, trying his best to lie.

"Good. I'm going. Come quickly after getting ready," Alfred walked out of the room after giving the last instruction.

Neaf lazily stood up from the bed and walked toward the bathroom. Standing in front of the sink, he turned on the tap and splashed some water on his face.

He looked at himself in the mirror. Never in his life had he thought he would be this handsome.

Human skin or not, his face and body were undoubtedly unique. He knew his brain had no blood but had veins, as mentioned before in the hospital. Perhaps the same applied to his body, but he could feel the warmth of the blood coursing through him.

And the skin he had felt real too; he had pinched it a few times and felt the burning pain on the part he pinched.

Clearly, it's not like Alfred's. His body may be robotic too, but it's evident he is half human, which makes a difference.

At least he was glad the skin wasn't artificial.

And the face was so good-looking—unimaginable for someone like him..

Before, he had thought that this skin was artificial too.

However, over these two days, he had pinched it and tried to feel it.

Still, he was scared to touch his dick. He could pee, which had shocked him at first, but he still couldn't bring himself to touch his dick. Instead, he sat to pee, like women do.

That's how huge his dick was—scary, and he didn't feel it was normal. He was used to holding his smaller one from his previous life. It wasn't even small, but this body had a large one.

Who even needs a monstrous dick? Neaf scowled inwardly.

"Your body?"
