Just as the sun reached the peak of the clouds, rays of sunlight, shine on the land of the sky and the clouds, on Earth.

「So it's time huh. All these centuries, loss and fails… this depressing feeling never ceases to bore me, although it feels wrong.」

"My liege. The preparations are ready. Do we begin the search?"

"My liege?"

「Ah… right. Yes. we shall begin… Colm, you know we've been doing this for centuries, why don't I just hand this matter to you?」

The higher being stood there for a little more while before setting off. Time is surprisingly still on their side, it seems.

Arriving at the destination, the wind blew strong, Colm hesitated a little, but that hesitation didn't stop him from asking.

"…Is this the only way?"

「I am afraid so. Even if we seal him, he is bound to wake up one day and everything starts over again once he can't control his power. We can either kill him or send him back, but it's not like we can kill our precious friend right? We can't leave this position, so we will ask for help instead.」

Everything goes silent.

The higher being looked at the sky, eyes filled with nostalgia.

Colm sighs.

Just outside a funeral parlour, the creepy and sad music spreads all over. A man wearing all black, with no emotion on his face, walks out the parlour. A man that has the worst of everything. Someone that exceeds the odds of being abnormal. A perfect vessel for agony. But this 'worst' man has not the worst, but a perfect mindset he received from all the tragedies he experienced for the perfect vessel of agony. The reasonable reward for the worst.

"Ahhh… it just has to be me…"

The man starts tearing up.

"Huh. It's just like God doesn't want me to be happy."

The man sits down on a nearby bench.

「God is a busy being, you know. I'm not a god, but I sure do know the feeling of being one. Even if it's limited. 」

"Who..?"

「You don't have to know yet. I'm a smaller being than god, but that doesn't mean I'm weaker in certain aspects.」

My family was just gone a few days ago. By a truck. Out of all things.. I don't even have the money to hold proper funerals for them. and.. this guy who was talking to me in my head, just what is he? How in the hell did he do that? *sigh* Is it just my luck? everything in my life is just so fucked up yet i'm still standing here alive and well.

That guy also mentioned something about me being the perfect vessel of agony and shit. What even is the perfect vessel of agony??
