It's been two weeks

Axel's hands trembled when he was about to open the door to the room where Hannah lay. He knew that she was fine as Raymond had said but something was wrong with him, he was still scared of seeing the state Hannah is in.

Raymond beside him, noticed this and gently turned the knob before pushing the door open. "I will leave you with her. Take care", he said before turning around and leaving.

Axel closed his eyes, swallowed and exhaled before taking a step inside. Raymond had told him that Hannah's wound was poisoned which made him expect the worst but Raymond still assured him that Hannah was fine. That managed to calm his mind then but now that he was about to see Hannah, he was anxious again

The room was brightly lit even though Hannah is still asleep. She lay in the middle of the bed, eyes closed and face pale. Her pale pink lips were drained of colour and were now a frightening shade of blue.
