Chapter-58

Gunshots and blood splattered into the air. Chaos arrived on the scene right away at the village's entrance.

As soon as Kai's gun ran out of ammunition, he rushed into the Craver crowd. With his fists and elbows, he killed any Cravers who approached him, leaving a growing number of Cravers in his wake with each step.

Kai stomped on the head of a nearby Craver, his wild eyes glaring at his soldiers, "Kill quickly, If you fucking guys are procrastinating like this, when are we going back to camp!".

The soldiers turned to look at Kai when they heard his voice, but after a brief moment, their actions quickly turned into a bloodbath.

Is the boss still a person?

I have no idea.

If the boss finds out, you'll get punched, so stop talking, guys.

When the ground beneath the soldiers started to tremble, causing them to lose their balance and fall into a state of confusion.

Four large hands emerged from the cracks in the ground as the houses near of crack collapsed.

The soldiers cried out in astonishment as they stared at the enormous hands, "What in the ass!".

"Back off, retreat."

Kai gave the orders to retreat right away to the soldiers who were lost for what to do.

Kai yelled to Ketz as he approached the side, "Contact Ray, We need reinforcements, Code Mega! Code Mega!".

A Kodomo dragon with a malformed body has emerged above ground. It had two heads and four limbs, but two pairs of human-like giant hands growing out of its back seemed out of place.

He is now aware of where the remaining Crave Cravers have ended up. Even the Kodomo Dragon's mouth had not dried the blood from it yet.

"I want an RPG, please."

Kai took an RPG from a nearby soldier and pointed it at the head of a Kodomo Dragon.

The Kodomo Dragon cried out in pain and rage as the RPG struck its eardrum, but only a tiny black mark was left behind.

"You guys run as far as you can," Kai said, gazing up at the ten-meter-tall Kodomo Dragon. "I'll put a temporary stop to this monster."

He reached for a big hammer while approaching the HMMWV. This large guy, which weighs 200 kilograms, was made for him specifically. It's not particularly fancy; one side is smooth, the other is spiked, and the handle is 1.8 meters long.

"Boss, I'll stay with you too." Tate, who was carrying a long sword, ran over.

Ketz yelled, "Boss, Me too," while holding two long, thin blades that measured 0.5 meters each.

Kai was pressed for time to respond. Through the debris, the Kodomo Dragon charged at them. The Kodomo Dragon's path blew away some of the small houses in the village.

When Kai attempted to use his power, nothing extraordinary appeared and something felt hollow. He let out a sigh, raised the hammer with one hand, and charged the Kodomo Dragon.

He leaped off the ground and lunged at the dragon, trying to smack its eye with his hammer. At that moment suddenly, Kai was struck by a black scales hand.

Boom...

One by one, each part of the house fell. Kai stood up from the rubble while spitting blood out of his mouth and exclaimed, "It hurts!".

He snarled at the sky, "I want more!" sparked by a burning sensation in his chest, and dashed back to the dragon.

The two of Tate were hiding in the ruins like rats as they ran and dove to avoid the big hands' attack.

Tate sprinted and gave the dragon his middle finger as he swear, "Didn't your mother teach you to use your head?".

Verbally abusing nonstop.

Ketz scolded Tate, panting from the side, "If you're brave enough, would you go face to face?".

"Shut up for me!".

Kai jumped back into the dragon as it was pursuing Tate.

Kai avoided the head this time. He used the large hammer to slam the joint of one of the dragon's front legs.

Goot...

From the impact, a thumping noise was heard.

The dragon's tail swung like a whip toward Kai's body while screaming in agony, "Gowrrrr!".

Boom.

Kai felt as though all of his intensities were shifting off to different places, making it impossible for him to stand up right away this time.

WoW...

A mouthful of blood spilled from his mouth, and he was unable to breathe as his lungs don't respond.

The dragon turned its head in the direction of Kai, who was still lying in the gravel of bricks and about to pounce.

Tate screamed, "The is bad!" and rushed the dragon's tail, slashing it off with his long sword.

dong...

"Fuck!" he exclaimed as the sword failed to penetrate the dragon's scales.

Without even giving it a thought, the dragon was charging in Kai's direction.

"Don't blame me," Tate muttered as he gritted his teeth and cast a glance at the dragon's anus.

He jumped towards the dragon's anus while aiming his blade with both hands. "Yolo," one of their brothers' favorite mercenary terms, was uttered.

Ketz leaped from one rooftop to the next and landed on a dragon head. The large hand struck once more at that point. Ketz kicked that hand firmly, changed his course, and leaped on the other head as he had planned.

Then, more hands came forward.

"Hweeeee..."

With an unfathomable amount of heartache, both dragon heads screamed.

The burning lump sensation that started in Kai's chest spread throughout his body, causing red veins to rise, and he shook his hazy head in agony. His entire body was in excruciating pain.

He could feel the burning in his veins, and his entire body felt like it was about to explode.

Kai's growl echoed throughout the village as "ROAR.".

He ran and jumped onto the dragon's head as it was being distracted by something, grabbing his dropped hammer in one hand.

"Bow down to me!".

Boom...

Kai screamed as the heavy hammer struck the dragon's forehead. Due to the tremors, Kai was knocked back and once more drifted in the direction of some homes.
