Liked this story. I can empathize with her. I too would like to have something like that jade. I need to lose weight caused by my meds as its side effect. It is sooo hard. This book is not prejudiced to chubby ones or dark skinned. This preference in skinny and fair skinned women and men are quite common in Asian Countries. I like that the FL was a lawyer in her past life. She was no push over. Heh, she has great strength in her new body which is great. I didn’t like the ML based on the “novel’s plot”. He never came to see the Original Qiao Mei nor his twins in that story. Though admittedly, what happened to him was enough for him to be angry. But what about the twins? They need him too. But something happened to him during his mission at that time hence his no-show. Anyways, I asked a friend of mine to purchase this book so we can swap. I am purchasing too many books. This is a good read though the raws halted its update back in November 2023. It is still ongoing-hiatus status. It has more than 3K Chapters though😵😭 Add this to your library. The translation on those 40 free chapters are quite well done. I like farming stories and am especially interested in strong-willed main characters. The first 40 chapters was actually good. It's a shame that it is not updated yet. Hopefully it could be picked soon. I want to know how surprise ML will be when he sees her again and with a pair of children; How his family will treat her, and it better be civil at the least.
