This world is like ours, but it is also our world's opposite. Magic has returned to the Earth along with the opening of a Gate to another world. The dreams of many people had become a reality at the cost of slow advancement in technology and the declining use of modern weaponry. Many years later, in the year 2046, most of humanity either have the ability to use magic or have a mutation that allows them to have superpowers or they are not really human due to cross-species intercourse.
Unfortunately, Himare Liam is not one of them despite being half Japanese half Outsider (human that came from the other world). The only extraordinary thing about him is his cheery personality and his workout routine; his only ability is: he could use the sword... However, this didn't stop him from giving up on his dream, no, the purpose he swore to his father before he was killed in a terrorist attack by The Court: "I WILL NOT ONLY SAVE ONE OR TWO PEOPLE, BUT EVERYONE!"
