10. Killing the Monsters

In the future when the gate to the upper realm will be open the world will have a surge of mana.

The gate means the way to the upper realm which is now blocked due to a barrier which is placed in this world, a lot of mortal realm monsters will appear from this and the flora and fauna in the world will start to mutate, there will be changes in the world but nothing like end of the world but the public will learn about the world of cultivators.

This island is surrounded by an underwater formation which makes this island safe from the natural disaster and makes this island the best hotspot for cultivating.

This island was sold in an auction to Ye Chen who later gifted it to his master, Ye Chen's master identified the uniqueness of the island and cultivated harder here to reach the Immortal Transformation realm.

"Sir what do you think we should do?"

"Hmm? Kill this snake monster down there and all other monsters that are considered potential threats, let some of them be captured alive we will create a monster sanctuary or something for the people to see this if possible in future or let the biologist study more about them"

"Make sure that this formation here is not disturbed"

"Yes Sir"

With that said the screens all got vanished and a single screen of the island with the giant serpent coiling at its base was projected.

"Fire 5 PSR-3 missiles and deploy the combat drones with Warrior Legion"

As Lucifer said, Alfred carried out the operations.

In space a giant satellite orbiting the planet received the order and a hatch opened from where the five missiles shot towards the Earth.

The missiles aimed at the head of the blue serpent who had no clue of what was happening and stealthily made their way towards the creature.

Entering the water at its speed didn't reduce a bit but had alerted the serpent who avoided the first missile but was startled by the sudden attack.

A blast occurred making it hard for the serpent to see anything and the other 3 missiles hit their target of the serpent's head.

The other missile changes its target at the end time because of Alfred's intrusion making it attack at the base joint of the last two heads killing the serpent.

The whole island shook as if an earthquake had hit them and Tsunamis formed, there were no inhabited islands which got affected by this.

From the same satellite another hatch opened from where thousands of drones were dispatched to kill the other monsters on the island.

And at the same time giant armours of different colours flew towards the island and started the massacre of the monsters.

In Lucifer's office.

"They work pretty well to be able to take on a Mortal 7 rank monster which is equivalent to a martial emperor realm cultivator "

Even though it was equivalent to me in terms of realm, I'm not a person who would like to have a life and death battle without having my chances as 100%.

This system is what I created consisting of an energy shield which guards the whole world with blasters, combat and rescue drones, nuclear and other kinds of missiles.

This was to safeguard earth from any future threats which may appear to harm this planet.

There are still 6 months for the island to be made, now that I'm free of my duties of the group with this last project done It would be better for me to search for cultivation techniques for myself.
