18 Don't Come to Lu Garden Anymore

Bai Qian used to love Qi Yue very much. After all, Qi Yue was her younger sister. The university Qi Yue graduated from was not a well-known university. It was difficult for her to find a decent job after graduation. So, Bai Qian found a job for her in the Lu Corporation.

Bai Qian let Qi Yue work in Lu Rong's company, but she didn't expect Qi Yue would seduce and sleep with Lu Rong.

She would rather leave than stay there and watch.

Lu Rong watched the two of them leave and said coldly, "Qi Yue, you don't have to come to Lu Garden anymore."

"What?" Qi Yue looked at him in disbelief and asked.

"I said, you're not allowed to come to Lu Garden anymore," Lu Rong lowered his voice.

"Why? I'm your fiancée!" Qi Yue's tears could not stop flowing. She began to panic.

"Ran Ran is my daughter with Qi Qian. Can't you look for something else to make a fuss about?" Lu Rong looked at her coldly, "I won't blame you this time for Qi Qian's sake. But there's a limit to my patience with you."

Qi Yue gapped, wanting to defend herself. But when she heard Lu Rong's cold voice, she stopped.

Qi Yue knew Lu Rong's personality. If she continued making a fuss, she might not even be able to enter the Lu Corporation any more.

Fortunately, it was only Lu Garden. The Lu Corporation was her territory.

Qi Yue clenched her teeth. Qi Qian had died, yet she was still haunting her!

Qi Yue swore that she would destroy everything Qi Qian left behind.

In the room upstairs, Bai Qian rubbed the medicine on Bai Ran's cheek carefully.

No one had hurt Bai Ran since she was young. Yet today, an adult had slapped and insulted her, making her feel wrong. She shouted, "Auntie Bai, I'm in so much pain. It hurts!"

Bai Qian's eyes reddened, and she applied for the medicine gently.

She whispered into Bai Ran's ear, "Ran Ran, remember to avoid her the next time you meet her, do you understand?"

"But she accused me of what I am not. I didn't scold her. She was the one who hit me first!" Bai Ran sounded a little unhappy about that.

"I know. I know it was Ran Ran's fault. Ran Ran is a good girl," Bai Qian immediately comforted her daughter.

Bai Ran was only a kid and no match for Qi Yue's strength. Moreover, Qi Yue had Lu Rong protecting her. Bai Ran would only be in a losing position.

However, she hoped that Bai Ran could grow up safely. So she continued to advise Bai Ran, "Ran Ran, listen to me. Stay away from Qi Yue next time. I don't want you to get hurt, okay?"

The door was ajar, and Lu Rong, who stood outside, saw what was happening inside. He did not go in. Instead, he said to the butler beside him, "Continue to hire maids who can take care of Ran Ran."

"Is Bai Qian not taking good care of her?" The butler asked curiously.

"She won't be able to take care of Ran Ran for long," Lu Rong said coldly.

Lu Rong would only keep a woman with other motives for some time. He would ask Bai Qian to leave after finding out her true intention.
