Divorce him and be mine!

As a feminine figure walked through the corridor of the grand mansion, the faint echo of her heels resonated against the carpeted floor. Suddenly, a hand grasped her wrist, pulling her to the side of the pillar. One of its sides was covered with maroon curtains.

"Alaric! Let go of my hand," Heather protested, her voice firm with irritation.

Alaric pinned her to the pillar, and he closed the distance between them. His nose brushed against hers and he whispered in his husky voice, "My dear brother is engaged in sexual activity with his mistress. Don't you want to witness it?"

"That's a lie," Heather said.

"How long are you going to deny that Ryan has kept you with him to hide his evil face?" Alaric questioned her.

Heather Arlington is the only heiress of the Arlington family. Five years ago, she was arranged to marry Ryan D'Amato, the heir to the strongest Mafia Family in Italy. Ryan was her childhood crush and love. For her, it was a fairytale in which she married the man she adored.

However, after marriage, Ryan never even loved her the way she wanted. He started ignoring her and would stay away from her all the time.

When they went on their honeymoon, Ryan didn't come out of his room at all. He talked about having loads of work since their companies merged.

On their first wedding anniversary, Ryan flew to Paris for business-related work, leaving Heather all alone in the villa.

Heather made every possible attempt to win Ryan's heart, but she could never. Now, it had been five years, and Ryan's attitude towards her was still the same.

Heather gave time to Ryan and herself. Whenever she tried to get intimate with her, Ryan would make excuses either about his work or tiredness.

Still, Heather patiently waited for him to love her.

Alaric flicked his fingers in front of Heather's eyes. "Divorce him and be mine," he declared. His voice and gaze had a strange obsession with Heather.

"Ryan will never cheat me. Will you stop falsely accusing my husband? And what are you even doing at my house? Leave before I scream," Heather stated. She had just returned from their family home since her in-laws wanted to see her. Though her mother-in-law insisted on her staying back, Heather refused since Ryan didn't usually have dinner in her absence.

Alaric did his signature step, running his fingers through the side of his head. "I love to hear your scream the other way though," he huskily said.

"Alaric, are you out of your mind?" Heather knew Alaric had feelings for her. She somehow pulled back her hand from his grip. "Go home and don't intervene in my married life," she urged as she walked past him.

It started a month ago when Alaric suddenly came to her with a few photos in which Ryan and a woman were seen hugging together in a private room. Heather had a huge fight with Ryan until she found out the woman was his business partner.

"What if I can prove to you tonight that your beloved husband is indeed cheating on you?" Alaric's words caused Heather to stop in her tracks. "I won't pursue you if I fail to reveal Ryan's true colors," he asserted.

Heather's heart was palpated with uncertainty and fear, but she held onto her belief that Ryan would never betray her. She had always been a loyal wife to him. Turning to Alaric, she replied firmly, "Show me."

"Great! Where do you think Ryan is at this hour?" Alaric asked her.

"He is in the office. I just had a conversation with his secretary," Heather replied.

Alaric chuckled and he closed the distance between them. He dragged her along with her while Heather asked him to slow down. But Alaric paid no heed to her protests. He pushed her into the car and drove her straight to the Hotel Starlight, which belonged to their family.

"Alaric, I swear I will tell Dad and Mom how you tried to ruin my marriage," Heather stated.

Alaric didn't respond to her and took her straight to the 25th floor of the hotel. He already had the card for room 2511 and he opened the door using it.

The moment Heather entered the room, she saw the shoes and clothes being thrown on the floor. She recognized the blazer and even the shoes.

Heather's heart began thundering against her chest as she slowly walked ahead. She heard faint moans and tears started forming in her eyes.

"She can't give you this, right? This pleasure!" A woman's voice was heard as Heather was now finally close to the bedroom door.

"Don't talk about the b*tch!" Ryan's voice reverberated in the room and even in Heather's ears. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she felt an entire ground slip beneath her feet. That could not be Ryan! That wasn't him.

"Ahh! Harder, Ryan," begged the same woman and then, moaned.

"You are f*cking taking me so well, Keziah," Ryan muttered.

Heather tilted her head and finally witnessed the sight of their naked bodies. She stumbled as her heart ached badly. She covered her mouth with her hands as tears continued to stream down her cheeks.

They kissed each other while their bodies were still connected. Keziah withdrew from the kiss and said, "Did you ever do this to your wife?"

"She disgusts me," Ryan murmured in a loud enough voice as he buried his face in the crook of her neck. "She doesn't turn me on at all the way you do. I had to marry her to build my empire, Keziah. The woman I love is you, and you will be my priority," he proclaimed.

Heather's heart was crushed into pieces. Her faith crumbled, and all she wanted was to kill the two of them, right there. However, that would be an easy punishment for those two cheaters!

"For five years, you have been with me, yet you are afraid to show me to the world," Keziah complained. "Ahhh!" She cried in ecstasy as Ryan applied pressure on her.

"I'm going to divorce her soon, after taking the last thing from her," Ryan promised his mistress.

What came as a shock to her was that Ryan had been with his mistress for the past five years. Heather was merely a substitute to hide his heinous face from the people.

Heather clenched her fists, and she took a step ahead after holding the vase from the table. However, she stopped as something came to her mind. 'I will destroy you two,' with that silent pledge, she threw the vase directly toward them. It hit the wall behind the king-sized bed and smashed into pieces.

Both Ryan and Keziah were shocked to see that. While Keziah screamed, Ryan turned to look who it was!

"Heather!" Ryan was taken aback to see her.

"I will divorce you, Ryan D'Amato. Be ready to face my wrath. You fooled me for five years, making my life hell. I will return the same to you," Heather pronounced with a fiery gaze. She turned around and saw Alaric standing a few meters away from her.

"Marry me, Alaric," Heather proposed to him, bringing a shock to his face.
