Chapter three:The company

"Miss Beaty what about the contract with Dives corporation" Cynthia asked

James company was discussing a contract worth almost forty billion before the accident.james mother called him when he was on his way to sign the contract and he had and argument with her just as he hung up his car was rear ended by a truck coming from the other side of the road.

"Cynthia can you help me put a call through to Dives corporation they have been on our neck since learning that James is awake"

"Okay"

Beaty has been James personal assistance for five years and they grew up together

James grandmother loves Beaty and have been match making them for the longest time and that's the reason Mrs cliffs began hating Beaty.

She feels Beaty is a scheming bitch who thinks she can manipulate her mother-in-law which is James grandma into letting her marry James

I wish she knows how much Beaty wants to change her job

Beaty's family were almost just as rich as James family that why the two families became friends and very close at the first place

But seven years back her father company suffered bankruptcy because one of the company's senior executive made away with the company's funds for a very important project

Ring. Ring Ring

"Beaty come to my office now"yes sir"

Beaty rushed to James office and knocked at the door

"Come in" a cold voice replied from the office "yes sir "

James stared at her coldly and said"get me a cup of coffee "

"Okay" James looked at her sharply"mmhhu mmmhuux Beaty cleared her throat"yes sir"

"Get out" Beaty rushed out of the office already sweating profusely on her forehead she was so nervous earlier that she didn't even noticed she was sweating this mush

Few minutes later she came back with the coffee and knocked at door and entered" sir your coffee"

Mmhm"James sipped the coffee and responded

"Sir your schedule for the day "

"Mhmmx he responded looking at her

Beaty cleared her throat and begin "you have a 2:00 o'clock meeting with the board of directors lunch with miss Sarah at 3 and an appointment with the Dive's at four fifteen"

"Mmhm you can go"

"Oh"

Later in the day

"Mr cliffs the company has suffered a 2% decrease in stock since your hospitalisation"

"Is the reason for this meeting for you to tell me how incomplete you are" James' face was so gloomy just looking at it

"Mr cliffs I..I..we...we ehmm.."

"Mr Sam I clearly remember that I are not a stammerer so why are you behaving like one one" James said looking at Sam as if he was looking at a fool

"This meeting I adjourned until further noticeand I hope by then I can see some progress or else..."

"Ah ah my heart" Sam said after James finally left the office and collapse on the floor

"Sam you better behave or you will put yourself in trouble"said Derik and left with the others following right behind him

"Hmm just look at him I was clearing sacrificing my self for all of us but why does it feel like this people betrayed me" Sam muttered to him self feeling betrayed

"Sir it time for your appointment with miss Sarah"Beaty said looking at James

"Cancel it"

"Sir?" James just looked at her coldly and she immediately said okay sir noted

"Go pick out a gift grandma is hosting a family dinner to night and dress properly "James sneered at her

Beaty was confused she looked down on her cloth but couldn't find was wrong with it and she just shrugged it off thinking that she would just change into something else later

James was looking at her through the see through glass of his office because you can see what's happening outside from the inside but those outside can't see what's happening inside just chuckled and muttered"she so silly"
