1 Safety Comes First

It all started like this but before they started trading with Moscow. The story ended in the bloodbath of the Lithuania Republic political party. I will write about it later.

The evidence and story behind work hazards in AD REM and suspicious company negligence to its works portraying and involving government negligence to loss of human life in a type of danger zone of our workplace.

The warehouse employees are allowed to drive without license.

We had employees break their spine from workload and leave work to enter the disability to find other work.

I myself did work to the end, unable to carry on any longer in the logistics industry.

We had items thrown over the edge 8 meters high in a possible per pallet half a ton weight security inspection to prove safety helmets are not ok to wear.

The safety tests we did had answers ahead to earn our safety guide approval.

A testing and teaching programme in the company is planned and no one yet failed because it was business designed fake testing in employees' communal kitchen.

It was announced that we had a safety inspection. I was hit by another transport at work, damaging white helmet with red marks from another transport colour.

I was unable to move because I was blocking the footpath for pedestrians to cross alongside me.

We had a huge risk of incoming transport to break pedestrian feet pushing me on him.

The moving transport is on their personal mobile phones talking or watching TV shows.

We had a fist fights, physical kicks in the business of logistics, the aggression and encouragement to be aggressive and volatile employees in a registered company of Lithuanian Republic.

I have open police case because in company territory I have two transport vehicles broken or damaged. The police investigation did not proven to be fruitful yet nor might find or point to guilty offenders whom I might suspect nor they will find.

It was offered for my own expenses to repair the damages and if only suspects found they might ask them to repay me for parts used in repair rather repair costs.

The visible justice for a victim of a crime in Republic of Lithuania.

A visible sense of prejudice is high nor I would comment in open case. I rather say nutcase of police department hoping to prove me wrong I am a victim.

I am a victim myself to threats and swings for the offer of punches. I did hope to work for the company I was employed at.

The racism is high and my beloved girlfriend from Thailand are disliked in the company. They spoke about my relationship bad, for me to hear it broke my heart.

A horror of management to hire employees from Africa they prove to be friendly for the public ratings and later them to expose use n-word the business would prove its right.

The Ukrainian refugee hired to work in Russian products side of the warehouse makes perfect sense it is a communism in high power of Lithuanian Republic.

We hand knots of hangmen raised over the nearby products we store.

The constant transport accidents broke from inside and outside the expedition gates.

We had electric sockets, marks of accidents to broken pallets, the side safety bars screws ripped off, tilted in heavy weight unstable above our heads, the heavy bars holding heavy products are not ours broken or dented, the steel ceiling support hit off hanging concrete to hang above our heads.

The packages are dropped over the floor left unmarked or the destined ones twisted to the floors from passing transport. The empty pallets laying around the business we are forced to repair with unfit tools. We were fabricating pallets with food safety stamps taking off the broken ones and fitting in. We have to ship away food products.

We relabeled food products to fit international transport standards. The coal for water filters cut from over 5 tons of bags on the floor shoveling back in to send it away.

The glass products reach me broken to be sent away looking and sounding in a sealed package not like a single glass but a thousands of shards of once called glass table.

They did trade with Moscow and now have a half of warehouse of the same goods. The company business swapped contracts to neighboring countries only to relabel the goods to reach original destination and continue to profit from trading with Moscow.

I see a bad trade for business case examples here for my eyes and opinion.

One group of employees refused to communicate with the management orders and support the Ukraine crisis; the others who are renting from local Moscow landlords did and are hoping to profit.

Our Lithuanian law enforcement, lawmakers in and from government and politics here in Lithuania is chemically castrated per say.

They are unable to act in the form of a law. It is like a prostitute bent over in the street corner therefore the laws and government has powers to rule their nation and culture. I think as far as I have observed.

I will cite my personal or public cases in media further to show how a bad business sponsorship can murder a political movement or party.

The investment or money handling within the nation is inadequate like in 2022 they announced over 35% of school children unable to pass basic mathematics school logic test for mathematics.

It is a financial failure and high debt generating country cooking it's accountancy books to have a financial fraud further extend their credit limit.

How and why in the world they took out 500 euros from your pay of 1000 euros to say they need to repay for corona emergency loans only to show you are a higher earner and repay debts inflating national pay to abuse and overuse international monetary funds here in the Republic of Lithuania.

The government is so incompetent they announced and licensed TV show encouraging Asian women holocaust. They did say in TV all women from Asia are Chinese spies hoping to sleep with you and spie from you are well documented and aired on national television LRT.

You should be able to find records in their saved archives. It did made nation racist and open to attack any Asian female nationality like a prostitute and murderer in the massage government sent us from licensed TV channel under Lithuanian government license.

It is not normal nor ok to apologize or repent in any form of abusing women.

They say you should invest in Lithuania. How about you?

I would rather not invest or you would feel using your time in a toilet's blood bath spilling your guts in blood. There is what a communist nation can offer.

They ruin our lives and they fill the air time with sad puppy stories.

I am not happy to write autobiographical stories because I am a cultural advocate and author for graphic literature writing novels.

Did Lithuanian heal itself from communism trauma, had the business director announced itself formally a god of business?

He showed might of almighty to avoid responsibility and hid under the nation's bureaucracy. With evidently from the support of the government in a form no matter how many lives you abuse, rules, regulations and laws you break. It is ok.

The company does abuse its power to see the public and I am writing for public good because of politics.

They are bad sponsors for the government no matter how I see or vote for them.

I was educated in England and was advised not to write about politics but to write about social and economic factors because it is my engine. Therefore I soly base my story on cultural exchange.

I think of myself as British Lithuania from the ancestry heritage of German and Swedish, Latvian and Lithuanian.

I lived in Great Britain long enough to learn about myself and have heritage tests to prove my ancestry tree.

I worked in an art gallery, networked in encyclopaedias and traveled the world before returning home and seeing the nation of Lithuania.

I made my life possible working in the kitchen, car sales, clothes store, a bar and cafe, distribution, arts and media, charity, logistics, literature and communications.

I once made home from many years of working, learning and travelling abroad to see it change but not for the betterment of a modern or any form of functioning society of Lithuania.

The language was twisted and turned into a tale in linguistics. I would say it is a fake language if foreigners would see the difference from what we learned in school from then and now.

The historic events of a civilization and the Grand Dukes Kingdom of Lithuania one was a first democratic symbol of medieval to crusades era were said it was a kingdom and the strongest medieval type sword who was made to rule a country were to be replaced for a symbol of monarchy.

It is logical they forget or fake their history per millennium of existence. I would forget too and it is not a question of monarchy or democracy nor communism or other political ideology.

I would say it is a moral question. What we are and what we do to see what we are.

The religion, locale and liturgy is followed like a sect and brought to a separate institution like a slave in to a political arena to be a slave gladiator in a fight for the cause. Can you imagine a peaceful house of our God to be made or look like this?

I prefer not to hear about it or not to know about it but I cannot ignore it. I believe in biblical laws but in a form of philosophy to be a good example and wellbeing for one's personal sake to be good with oneself and his mind.

Faith brings peace of happiness in order for us to find a way to live in our present mortal climate.

The appreciation from me for all world spiritual leaders is unlimited and I am not a religion representative nor institution per law to say what is good or right.

I think the nation I live in and pay taxes is to say it is not democratic nation.

I believe in democratic participation and it is my right to write it for you to see it and read it.
