The Inheritance Trial's Divine Tree!

After flying away with Meihui and Bai Xiaoyu, It took Lady Chen around 15 minutes to reach the outer area of the forest. There they can see a lot of fierce beasts almost half dead while having many parts of there body swollen.

"What happened here?" Inquired Granny Bai

"When we were desperate to return we were attacked by a lot of beasts so we used Brother Long's trap" answered Meihui.

"Tang long laid a trap here?" Astonished Granny Bai asked.

"Well, he didn't lay it but told me that if we come under trouble then I should lure the beast towards the bees nest. So I did it and threw a stone to destroy their nest and ran away. This is what happened after we left." said Meihui while looking at the scene she has caused

" Suu... That Big Brother of yours is quite ruthless, even using these Bloodsucking bees for his own use, " said Granny Bai having a new understanding of her new grandson.

" Well! He said we should use every means to ensure the safety of everyone and to be prepared for any situations" said Meihui

Granny Bai nodded at the words of her grandson and thought he was getting cuter and cuter to her by the minute.

After looking for a while Lady Chen asked Meihui: "Where to?"

Meihui thought for a bit and pointed at the direction where they had first encountered the beast and said that way

Lady Chen looking at the direction flew there.

After some time, they can already see a large pond with lots of trees destroyed around it.

Looking at the familiar pond Meihui pointed at it and said "That's the pond where the herb was and the fierce beast came from."

Getting down close to the area they started to see for clues and went towards the direction where a lot of trees were uprooted.

"Well it certainly was powerful, looking at the destruction it caused," said Granny Bai while looking around.

"Hmm," said Lady Chen and pointed at a direction "They have gone that way! Let's go!" and started running towards it.

The rest also heard her and started to run behind her. On the way, they can see a lot of beasts that were killed by pure brute force and trees and plants damaged. They also often see arrows struck in trees or the ground, knowing that they were in the right direction.

After running for 10 to 15 minutes, they came to an open area which was entirely demolished by the destruction caused by something terrifying.

Looking around it for a moment, Granny said "This... This is total madness .. how powerful was that monster. I think that this was the area they fought and it should have already gotten its hands on Tang Long,"

Lady Chen also had a serious face but said "No! That monster didn't get Longér here. It's most likely it lost him here and went mad. Look there are footprints still leading to another direction. Let's go!".

Nodding both of them followed her closely and can still see many things broken or torn around. after running for 5 minutes Lady Chen suddenly stopped and looked at the huge tree in front of her and started stuttering " This.. this?! It couldn't be!"

Looking at the tree in front of her even the both behind her were amazed and surprised but looking at Lady Chen's expression Granny Bai asked "What Happened? Do You know what it is?"

Lady Chen after coming to her senses, she started laughing loudly as she said "Hahaha! I can't believe it's here! The Divine Tree that, That Bastard grew! haha, I have been Looking for it everywhere and here it is in the middle of a forest right beside me. Hah! I finally found it" she sighed while still looking happy.

Looking at the happy expression of Lady Chen Granny asked "why are you so happy? Do you know what this thing is?"

Looking at her she said "Yes! I know what this is and its a very good thing! Let's go with this thing here, Tang Long should be fine."

"But what is this tree?" asked Meihui who has been Following quietly until now.

"This tree here is the trail ground of a very strong person's inheritance, I wanted to find this place to bring Longér here but I didn't think his luck would be so good to find this place himself," said Lady Chen happy at Tang Long's fortune.

"What an Inheritance!!" exclaimed Granny Bai hearing Lady Chen's explanation.

"Yes! But this place can't be found unless it wants the said person to find it, that's why I say that Tang Long is very Lucky! But we have to hurry because the trial of this place can be unpredictable and with Longérs condition, I am still worried as this trial is not meant from his kind" said Lady Chen.

Hearing Lady Chen, Granny Bai asked "But why is this thing here?"

Lady Chen said after listening to her " Well! even I don't know that, but I read about it that this place was in this continent somewhere. So I am also clueless as you, but from what the records said about the person, I know for a fact that he was a very strong person. So strong that you can't even imagine. Even I want to have it but sadly I can't. Let's go Longér must be on the top"

"Yes!"

Coming to the top they didn't see anything except for blood and vines, they saw a trap set by someone. Even though its was very crude but if used correctly, it could get the job done.

Looking at the trap Lady Chen said " This must be Tang Long's work. But why did he set a trap here? There is a lot of blood here too! Did he fight the monster here? There are sorts of spikes in the ground too made with tree branches and bamboo... Did he set the trap for it? Then where are they now?" Looking around not seeing any dead body or a body.

" It seems he was successful looking at the amount of blood and it is going forward to that direction," Said Granny Bai while following the blood trail only to find the Valley.

She shouted " O MY GOODNESS!!!! WHAT IS THIS !!!"

Hearing her shout like this Meihui and Lady Chen also went to her but seeing the Valley they were also frightened. Lady Chen was still alright but Meihui stook some steps backward while stumbling on the ground.

The Valley was really very scary looking, it had black clouds hovering down there with an eerie silence. Any normal person would be scared, but Lady Chen clearly was not as she moved forward to inspect it only to hit a barrier blocking her way.

"OUCH"

Granny Bia came to her senses after hearing the shout and asked " What happened! Are you alright?"

"Yes, I am fine! This place is protected by a barrier of sorts so I can't get forward," said Lady Chen while looking at her hand. " Why don't you try to place your hand, I want to check something"

"Ok" said Granny Bai as she moved her hand forward but nothing happened to her saying " Huh! nothing happened. Are you sure there is one!?"

"So it was true" muttered Lady Chen while in her own thought but was forced out soon hearing her name.

"Granny, Miss Chen, COME! Look at this!" said Meihui while pointing at the ground.

Looking at the ground they saw bloody lines drawn on the ground as If someone was struggling to not be pulled by the force. The Bloody lines went all the way to the valley and ended, telling that whose ever blood it was, they had been pulled to the valley behind them.

Looking at the blood which was leading to the valley, Both Meihui and Lady Chen blanked out, and only Granny Bai sighed regretfully as she looked at the valley.

Meihui looking at it sat down and started crying while muttering "Young master! Young master!! You...!YOu Liar!!... you said you would wait for me to bring help... "

Lady Chen Also came out of her dazed expression and "No! NO! He Should be fine! I know it! So stop crying Meihui."

She also had tears in her eyes but soon she thought of something and looked at her left side of her chest. She sighed relief and started to console Meihui.

Granny Bai didn't say anything just thought that she had been hit too hard mentally and sighed again said" So what do we do now?"

Hearing her Question Lady Chen said "We wait!"

Hearing her answer she sighed again but just nodded " She will be fine if rests for a while " Thought Granny Bai.

Thinking of something Lady Chen looked at the tree and said "Follow me!! Let me give you something good! "

Both Granny Chen and Meihui had puzzled expressions on their faces but still followed her.

They came to the tree as Lady Chen pointed it and said to them" Touch it and try to feel it"

They again looked at her with puzzled faces but Lady Chen said "Just do it! You will know!".

They thought for a while and went to the tree and Touched it.

Just as their hand touched it and started to feel something as they entered a state of enlightenment.

Looking at them she nodded as she muttered: " While we are here, you guys should not waste this opportunity, as this tree will probably disappear after today,".

Then she looked at the Valley and said "I hope you are also doing fine Long'er."
