35 Chapter 35 Akari

Hi guys, this is the next chapter.

After lunch with everyone at the house. Maya bringing him to the Antonia's house by driving a car.

After 2 hours of journey, he finally arrives to his destination.

When he getting out from the car where Maya has openes the door for him, he can see a magnificent white English mansion in front of his eyes.

The mansion has a large courtyard where it has been surrounded by spruce trees and cedar trees which have been trimmed into conical shape. The mansion also has large fountain at the centre of the courtyard which had been surrounded by spherical scrubs. In front of the mansion, there are two lines of maids can be seen facing to each other while being separated within 5-metres apart. Antonia can be seen at the front door of the mansion where Sarah standing slightly behind her.

When Kanda walking towards Antonia, all the maids that had been lined up start to bow their head and say to him, "Welcome to the house, Master.".

He just nods at them before says, "Thank you, you can rise your head." which the maids complied to his words.

He arrives in front of Antonia and says, "I'm here, Antonia-chan. Do you have been long waiting for me?".

"No, Kanda-niisan. I'm just come out from the house as Maya has informed me 10 minutes ago that she will arrive here with you." Replied Antonia after shakes her head for awhile.

"That's good...How about you, Sarah? Are you fine today?" Kanda pats her head which she just smiles at him before he looking at Sarah and talking to her.

"I'm fine, Brat. I can see that you looking so well today." Replied Sarah unfriendly to him.

Kanda just shrugging his shoulder to her remark before following Antonia inside the house.

While walking inside the house, Kanda asks to Antonia, "So...why you have call me to come here, Antonia-chan? I have heard from Maya that it's about the materials that I had been requested though she don't know the specific reason for that.".

"Yes, Kanda-niisan. However, you will find about it when we have arrived at that room." Antonia said that mysteriously.

~10 minutes later.

In front of Kanda, there is a huge metal vault door which is 5 metres height and 3 metres wide.

"Why there is a vault door here?" Kanda asks while curiously looking at the door.

"The materials that you have been requested are behind this door." Antonia said to him.

Antonia starts to order her subordinates to open the door where the maids can be seen wearing a white hazmat suit as the door starts to open up where a hazmat suit also had been given to him, Antonia, and others.

Kanda enters the room after wearing the hazmat suit where he and Antonia had been surrounded by the maids as they walking towards the centre of the room.

When they have reached there, Kanda can see a large blood-red crystal in front of him with the size of two bus standing to each other. About 2 metres away from the crystal, Kanda can see several maids had been enclosed in a crystal.

Intrigued with that scene, Kanda looks at Antonia before asks her, "What had happened to them?".

"When we have gotten this crystal two years ago, its size just about the size of a football. After we have stored this crystal away in the house under the surveillance of my subordinate, it starts to grow in size every months after that. We quickly create this vault to keep it away from the others. We also try to investigate this crystal but nothing comes out. Our people starts to be enclosed in a crystal when trying to come near it after its size become as big as a standing car. However, we can try to touch the crystal by using a machine but the crystal too hard for us to break it. Therefore, its had been sealed away until you have requested this material where I start to remember again about this crystal." Explained Antonia to him.

"What about those maids? Is it they still alive?

Kanda asked her.

"Fortunately, these maids still alive as we can detect their vitals are functioning normally. However, we don't know how long they can preserve their live inside those crystals." Replied Antonia while there is a worried look on her face.

Kanda looks again at that blood-red crystal before talking with his system in his mind, "AL, can you identify this crystal?"

[Yes. Showing the details of the object to the Player.]

A screen pops up in front of him where its invisible to others in the room.

"Why there is this crystal in this world, AL?" Kanda asks the system.

[Just like the Player had been sent here, this crystal also had been transferred to this world.]

"For what?" He asked again.

[There is no information for that.]

"...So, what we need to do now, AL" Asked Kanda.

[Player had been advised to collect this crystal as it will help you during your journey.]

"How we do that?" Asked Kanda again.

[Player need to come closer to the crystal and try to concentrate while imagines that the crystal will enter your body.]

"...Ok, I will do it." Kanda answered after a silence and he starts to walk towards the crystal.

"Kanda-niisan! What are you doing?" Antonia perplexed with Kanda's action.

Hey, Brat! Don't do something stupid. Come back here right now." Sarah shouted at him.

Kanda ignores their warning and coming closer to the crystal until he had stopped a few centimetres away from it. He puts his right hand on the crystal where his hand starts to be covered by the crystal.

He closes his eyes and starts to concentrate and tries getting the crystal to enter his body.

==Inside his consciousness==

He can see that he inside a blood-red space where he floating on the blood-like water.

"Where am I? Is it inside the crystal?" Kanda questioned himself.

"That's right, Onii-chan." A child-like voice can be heard inside that space while laughing around.

"Who are you?" Asked Kanda to that voice.

"Me?!...Hmm...I don't know, Onii-chan." Replied the voice while thought for a while.

"Can you show yourself?" Kanda asked again.

"Alright~~" Answered the voice cheerfully.

Suddenly, there is a ripple on the water before a figure has emerged from the inside of the water where that figure has a child-like appearance.

The child like a 10 years old girl where she has a long silky blood-red hair reaches her legs. She also has blood-red eyes which makes her looks menacing to others. She is wearing a long red dress over her petite body where some of her dress dragging on the water.

She walking towards him and looking with curiosity before asks him when she has arrived in front of him, "Who are you, Onii-chan? Why you can enters this place?".

"I'm Ichijou Kanda. I can enters this space because the crystal outside. What about you?" Kanda introduced himself before asking the girl.

"I don't know, Onii-chan. How about you give me a name?" Replied her before looking at his face.

"Are you sure?" Asked Kanda which she just nodding her head.

"Hmm...how about Akari? There is red colour inside your name." Replied Kanda after he thinks for a second.

"Akari? Akari...Akari~ Um...Onii-chan need to call me Akari later." The girl or Akari said that while being happy from him giving her name.

"Of course, Akari-chan." Replied Kanda while smiling and patting her head which she just giggles from his patting.

"So...Akari-chan, what are you doing here?" Kanda questioned her.

"I always inside this space, Onii-chan. I don't remember why I have been placed here. However, I have been advised to wait for my fated one before I could come out again. Onii-chan...are you that fated one?" Akari said that to him while there is an expectant look on her face.

"I'm sorry, Akari-chan. Onii-chan don't think that I'm your fated one." Replied Kanda to her where she becomes gloomy on his answer. However, he quickly said to her, "But Akari-chan, Onii-chan can get you to come outside if you want. What do you say, Akari-chan?".

Akari's gloomy expression changing into happy where she jumps and hugging him while saying "Onii-chan" again and again.

"So, Onii-chan can confirm that Akari-chan want to come outside, right?" Kanda said that while she still hogging him.

"Um." Replied Akari short.

Kanda asks the system for their way out which the system replied to him.

[Player just need to concentrate before imagines that you come out from this place.]

Kanda starts to close his eyes so he can concentrate before he opens his eyes and there is a door in front of him in that space.

He adjusting his arms slightly so he can carrying Akari comfortably in his arms. He looks at her face and says, "Are you ready, Akari-chan?".

Akari just smiles at him before said to him while pointing towards the door, "Let'go, Onii-chan. I want to have fun at the outside later.".

Kanda just chuckles at her antics before both of them going towards the door. The blood-red space starts to collapse after they have gone out of that place.

==Before Kanda coming out from that blood-red space==

After they have seen Kanda puts his hand on the crystal and closing his eyes. They can see that the crystal slowly encased him.

"Maya, I need you and a team of maids quickly save him." Antonia orders fast to her subordinates.

"Understood, Antonia-sama." Answered Maya before she goes towards Kanda with other maids but they could not come closer to him as their body starts to cover by the crystal when reaching 2 metres away from him.

They only can see the crystal had enclosed him completely where Antonia had a despair look on her face before struggling to stay conscious as she had been hit hard by the guilt for letting him coming near the crystal.

"I'm sorry, Kanda-niisan. It's all my fault that this had happened to you. If I know this will happen, I will not show you this crystal." Antonia said that sadly while kneeling at the ground before starts to crying.

While she still crying, she heard her subordinates had been called her many times which she looks at them and see a spectacular scene in front of her eyes.

She can see Kanda had been covered within flames where his clothes changes into majestic looking attire like an emperor where there are red and gold colours at his clothes. His usual black hair becomes longer until his shoulder where there is tinge of red at his hair which causing him to be more attractive to the opposite gender.

After had seen his transformation, she can see that he starts to wake up where he opens his eyes and his eyes changes from black to red.

==Back to current time after Kanda comes out from that blood-red space==

Kanda opens his eyes slowly before he can see a surprised expression on the people inside the room where he can put a boiled egg in their mouth.

"What had happened to the all of you? Why you looks so shocked like that?" Asked Kanda to them while being confused at the current situation.

"Kanda-niisan...why your appearance looking like that?" Antonia said that while still shocked at him.

"My appearance?" Kanda said that while being confused before looking at his new appearance where he had been engulfed by flames and says, "Well...look like I need to explain this to them later."
