A Celestial Phenomena is something one has a chance of grasping only after establishing their foundation and usually isn't manifested till past the seventh heaven but Mei Fan who was only at the third heaven was already able to manifest it.
"If we don't stop her we'll die." the brothers said in unison.
They were trying to get closer but since Mei Fan had taken her stance, a pressure had descended and was pushing them back but the effect wasn't purely beneficial either it had also brought her down on one knee.
"We'll let you all go, so stop!" they said in unison once again.
"Go to hell, let's see if you can survive the full force of an attack of the 9th heaven." she replied, they acted as if she could leave the murderers of her friend to run free.
A grin appeared on Mei Fan's face as her crazed eyes looked at the two panicking brothers.
"Manifest, Judgement Of The Primal." she said as she fell to her second knee.
