Chapter 37

"GREETINGS TO LADY VIOSTA!" hundreds and thousands of knights got on one knee and bow in respect to the lady of the Viosta dukedom.

Leonna was flustered at the sight of so many knights bowing to her, she was embarrassed that they are giving her so much respect, more than she thought she deserve.

An awkward smile plastered on Leonna's face. "Its nice to meet all of you, my name is Leonna Viosta." Leonna stated as she curtsy in front of the knights.

"My lady, you don't have to bow in front of the knights." Brion said to Leonna, reminding her who she is. She is of noble blood and the knights are only commoner, by law a noble is not required to show respect to anyone who has lower status than them.

Leonna glanced at Brion and smiled. "I wan't to." She answered.

Everyone was surprised at Leonna's action. The knights were happy it warms their hearts that a noble is showing respect to them.

"Where are the horses Sir Brion?" Riri who was watching everything asked Brion, he was looking left and right to see where the horses are.

"Ah yes, let me escort you to the horses my lady, sir Riri." Sir Brion said, Leonna and Riri nodded in response.

But before they walk away, Leonna looked at the knights one last time, smiled and wave her hands goodbye.

The knights blushed at Leonna's action and  felt like hundreds of arrows were thrown to them and struck them at their hearts.

"Is that really the lady of the house?"

"She's the girl version of the Grand Duke!"

"That red eyes and red hair is truly beautiful!"

"She made me want to go to war for the dukedom."

The knight was astound and in awe at the Little lady's attitude, the dark atmosphere immediately became lighter, they couldn't believe that the little lady had such a lovely attitude.

"My lady, please pick any horse you want." Brion said showing Leonna the hundreds of horses at the stable.

Leonna nodded and started to walk thorough the stable looking for her horse. Then a certain horse caught her attention.

It was a big black horse, not even a speck of white hair could be seen in him. It reminded Leonna of her father's mist. The horse's has firm stand and his body is perfectly as could be.

She looked at the horse eyes and the horse looked into her, she could feel a dominant attitude towards the horse. She knew that this horse is not friendly.

"I pick him, he is the horse that I want." Leonna said to Brion and pointed at the black horse at the very end of the stable.

"oh. Ahm-- my- lady" Brion scratches the back of his neck awkwardly. "Why? Is he not available?" Leonna asked.

"No my lady, everything in this stable is at your disposal, its just that particular horse is very hard to control in the past only the Grand Duke is able to ride that horse.

"Really?" Leonna then stared at the horse one more time. A sudden urge made Leonna reach out her hand to the horse.

"My lady be careful!" Brion shouted when he saw Leonna trying to reach her hands to Mighty. In the past Mighty has gone berserk and has hurt many knights, it is the most unruly horse in the stable except from Leon no one has ever been able to ride Mighty.

"Ah….He's friendly." Leonna stated when Mighty bowed his head for Leonna to be able to reach him and pat him.

"W-hat?" Brion asked in complete shock and surprised when Mighty showed submissiveness towards Leonna.

"What's his name?" Leonna asked while was gently caressing Mighty's hair.

"ha? Ah! Mighty my lady-- his name is Mighty." Brion answered still flustered at how the horse has reacted to Leonna.

[Is it because my lady has the same hair and eyes like the Duke?] Brion thought in confusion.

"He just looks scary but he is actually very friendly, I pick him." Leonna stated.

[Friendly? Yeah right tell that to the knights that he almost killed.] Brion thought, he forced a smile to agree with the little lady.

"Let me help you get on the horse my lady." Brion said, he extended his hands towards Leonna and Leonna just stared at it.

"AH….I-I don't know how to ride a horse." Leonna stated.

The atmosphere went silent, both Riri and Brion was dumbfounded. "WHAT?!" Riri shouted.

Leonna blushed in embarrassment. "The only time I rode a horse was with dad and he was with me riding the horse."

"So you're telling me that you're planning to participate in the hunting tournament yet you don't know how to ride a fricking horse?!!" Riri yelled in frustration, he was pulling his hair and stomping his feet.

"My lady you're going to participate in the hunting tournament?" Brion's eyes widen in shock.

"Well, you could say that." Leonna answered wearily.

"My lady please heed this lowly knight's advice, the hunting tournament dangerous although I have no right to intervene with my lady's decision I do hope my lady would not take the hunting tournament lightly." Leonna could see that Brion was just worry about her and she understand him.

"Thank you Sir Brion, I will take in mind what you said." Leonna answered, although Brion wanted to say more to the little lady he knew it was not his place.

"Riri can't you just ride with me?"

Riri just sigh in defeat, "Fine. Let just get this over with."

Riri then tried to touch Mighty's reins but Mighty stood in two feet and aggressively neigh at Riri's face almost kicking him in the face.

"The F@#@?!" Riri shouted as he stumble back and fell to the ground.

"I told you Mighty does not like people riding him except the Grand Duke." Brion stated.

"My lady, why don't Sir Riri ride another horse and you could ride Mighty while Sir Riri just pull you through Mighty's reins?" Brion suggested, Leonna nodded in response.

So Riri got another horse and Brion helped Leonna got on Mighty. [As expected Mighty didn't react violently to Lady Leonna.] Brion thought which confirm his theory earlier about Mighty only wanting to be submissive Leonna because of her hair and eyes.

When Riri saw Leonna riding the horse that almost killed him earlier he couldn't help but just rolled his eyes in irritation.

"Here's Mighty's reins. Please be mindful that lady Leonna is riding Mighty. If something happens to her I don't think the Grand Duke would show mercy to you." Brion said to Riri while handing him Mighty's reins.

Riri just click his tongue and grab Mighty's reins and slowly pull the horse to his side while he is riding another horse.

"My lady, please be careful." Brion said to Leonna "I will thank you." Leonna answered and with that both Riri and Leonna made their way out the stable with Riri riding a horse and pulling another horse behind him with Leonna on its back.

They both made their way to the north mansion, and even with the horse it still took them a good fifteen minutes to reach the North of the Viosta dukedom.

When they arrive they saw a grass field as far as their eyes could reach. It was peaceful and quiet there are no people around only the sound of the gentle breeze could be heard.

"Wow. The Viosta's land is not to be mess with." Riri stated and Leonna nodded in response.

Riri first got off his horse and then helped Leonna got off of her horse, they tied both of the horse at the tree nearby as they went to the center of the grass field.

"Now this is a place where we can train without worrying about damages." Riri said.

"Let's start our training!" Leonna answered excitedly.
