Ch. 8: Torture

****Morning****

_ _ _ _ _Outside Arius Room_ _ _ _ _

"Oh my god I'm scared" said by one of the maid

"How did this happen" said by the other maid

_ _ _ _ _Arius Room_ _ _ _ _

*Knock Knock*

"Young master I'm coming in" said by Conrad and came in

"What is going on outside?" said by Arius with coldness in his voice

"Ah.... w- well Young master early this morning an enemy was caught lurking around the mansion and one of the guards were killed by him so the Duke is really furious and in a bad mood that's what is going on outside, Young master" explain by Conrad

by the time Conrad finish explaining Arius is already done changing with the help of the other maids

"I see. ok wait for me outside" said by Arius with cold voice and cold glare

everyone inside Arius room as well as Conrad hurriedly came out of his room the maids immediately go back to there works while Conrad is waiting for Arius outside his room

while Conrad is waiting outside for Arius suddenly the butler came looking for Arius

"Where is Young master Arius" said by Benny the butler

"Ah.... he's still inside" said by Conrad with a confuse look

"Why?"

"Well the Master is looking for him. once he came out tell him that the Duke is looking for him and escort him to the Master's office that's all I'm going now" said by Benny hurriedly left to continue his work again

"Sigh....ok" whisper by Conrad while still looking a bit confused

after a few minutes Arius came out of his room

"Young master, the butler said that the Duke is looking for you" said by Conrad

"Alright" said by Arius

"Please follow me" said by Conrad with respect

after a few walks a few turns they finally reach the Duke's office

_ _ _ _ _Duke's Office_ _ _ _ _

*Knock! Knock!* The Duke heard a knock from the door

"Master, it's me Conrad and Young master Arius is with me" said by Conrad outside the door after knocking

"Come in" said by the the Duke

Conrad open the door and Arius came in

"Conrad don't wait for me just go and do your work" said by Arius with a cold glare

Conrad close the door and hurriedly left to do his work and mind his own business

"Why did you call for me? I heard your in bad mood because something happen early this morning" said by Arius

the Duke stand up from his seat and sat on the sofa and patted the sofa in front of him meaning he wants Arius to sit in front of him so Arius seated to where the Duke wants him to sit and continue their conversation

"Yes, that's right but I was able to catch the rat so I'm going to torture him later and I called for you to ask you if you want to help me torture that guy or just watch? what do you think" said by the Duke with a smirk on his face

"What? your not thinking of bringing a five year old kid like me to a torture chamber to watch you torture someone right?" said by Arius with cold voice

"Yup, I do so I'm asking you wanna come or not?" said by the Duke

"I'll come" said by Arius

"Alright let's go" said by the Duke and stand up from his seat and left the office

"Mmm..." Arius stand up from his seat as well and followed his father the Duke

"Dad where are we going?" ask by Arius

"To the torture chamber" said by the Duke with a cold voice and straight face

when everyone heard what the Duke said everyone already know why is he going there and some of them is shock to see that the Duke is going to torture someone and even let Arius watch it

after a few minutes of walk they finally reach the underground cell where the torture chamber is and where the other underlings of Duke work to torture their enemies or criminals they caught lurking around the Duke's territory

"Were here" said by the Duke and enter the underground cell followed by Arius

when everyone heard that the Duke has arrive everyone stand up properly and to the and greeted him and Arius with respect

"WELCOME MASTER NYX AND YOUNG MASTER NYX" everyone said

after greeting the Duke and Arius they once again go back to what they where doing and one of the Duke's underling come in front of the Duke

"Where is the rat that we caught earlier" said by the Duke with a cold voice

"Ah.... please follow me" said by the underling

and the Duke and Arius followed the guy and they reach the cell where the guy they caught is chained and unconscious

"Unchained that guy and bring him in the torture chamber" said by the Duke with a cold voice and left from there to wait at the torture chamber followed by Arius

_ _ _ _ _Torture Chamber_ _ _ _ _

after a few minutes of waiting the underlings finally able to bring the guy to the torture chamber and chained him in the wall again, the guy's hand is both chained from different direction and the guy's ankle has a long chain as well

"Alright you guys can wait outside leave me and my son" said by the Duke

"Yes Master" said by the underlings and left from there

"Arius come here, watch and learn how to torture someone that lurks around your territory without permission as well your enemy" said by the Duke with sweet yet cold voice

"Ok" said by Arius with a bit of cuteness but cold voice

hearing that from outside of the torture chamber everyone felt a chill down from their spine

and so the Duke started the Torture by waking up the guy after the guy wake up

"Arius step back a little you might get showered by blood" said by the Duke and so Arius step back a little

the Duke took sharp knife and stared getting rid of the guy's skin in the feet which made the guy yell from pain

"AHHHH IT HURTS STOP!!! STOP!! STOP!! PLEASE!!!"

even thought the guy keep saying it hurts the Duke didn't stop there the Duke continue getting rid of the skin until you can see it's flesh in the feet, while the Duke was busy torturing the guy Arius is watching at the back with a straight face and his not affected at all which made the the Duke more interested in him because of his behavior after a few minutes the Duke finally stop but he didn't only get rid of it's skin in the feet he also did the same in the right hand and in it's left arm the Duke is full of blood all over his body

"Arius come here" said by the Duke with a cold voice

Arius came forward and gave the Duke with a questionable expression

"I will let you pick what you want me to remove any part of his body" said by the Duke with a smile

"I.... I don't know he looks as good as dead" said by Arius with a cold voice

(Why is he asking me? this my first time seeing a torture in real life) said by Arius in his mind

"Are you not going to ask him who send him?" said by Arius

"No need I already know who it is" said by the Duke

"Your right looks like he's already dead but still breathing"

"Sigh.... you know let's go back I will leave him to my people" the Duke and Arius left the torture chamber leaving the guy in the hands of the Duke's underlings

and so when they finally reach the Duke's room, Arius decided to go to back to his room to wash up because he give off the smell of blood
