23 Kagune Ukaku

Shuji was currently meditating about the future and thinking of what he would do. In 8 months the Blue Wind Ranking Tournament would occur and all of the sect geniuses from the Empire will gather to compete with each other. This event was of course extremely important for Shuji. This was going to be the moment when all of his plans came together.

"Should I check the shop?" he thought? "I've bought everything needed for my little "project" but I may need more for the final part… I should be able to spare a bit of point," he said to himself. This was a perfect plan for the Blue Wind Tournament… This plan would make being and acting like Itachi for so long worth it. By the end of this, he would have so many Cool Points that people would die with jealousy, and finally, he would have his own body with more potential than beings in the god realm.

"Soon…. Very soon I'll be able to start it…"

Chu Yuechan looked at Itachi who meditating alone with his eyes closed. Itachi who had been keeping his breath steady decided to speak.

"You're not leaving?"

"I have business here." Chu Yuechan lied. "How did you beat them? I'm sure you don't have Profound Power," she asked him. Itachi opened his eyes and looked at her. She felt nervous in front of a sharp gaze.

"This world is not as small as you think it to be. There are many unknown ways to become strong and many who wield them. Profound Power is not the only choice." he said before closing his eyes once again.

Chu Yuechan who heard this meditated on these words. She had tried but couldn't figure out a way to become stronger besides Profound Qi but somebody that had done just that was in front of her. She decided to open her eyes and look at Itachi as she thought he was different. Usually, a man would lust for her even with her veil but strangely he did not. He had even told her off earlier for being too arrogant. Although she had indeed been a bit arrogant, it was her right as somebody strong she thought. However, she could tell that there would always be someone stronger than you.

The man in front of her had so much power but was yet still so humble. He was not arrogant like many cultivators but seemed as calm as water. He gave a mysterious feeling almost like he was an illusion that would disappear at any time. The way he spoke was almost hypnotic in tone. For the first time in her life, Chu Yuechan found a man that was attractive to her.

While Chu Yuechan was thinking about how attractive he was, Shuji was currently trying to figure out which skills he should buy with his limited budget. He had recently gained some CP in his adventures but still only had 18,498 CP. This might sound like a lot but he had to reserve most of it for the future. He had decided he was going to buy one skill that would most likely help him in the notable future. That and it would be very cool.

"System buy me a Ukaku kagune with the drawbacks removed," he spoke.

"Integrate it," he said with shining eyes. Suddenly Shuji felt a massive amount of pain but he didn't make a single sound. Chu Yuechan was close and she would hear it. After about five minutes of pain, it finally went away. He had sweat all over him but he didn't make a sound.

[Congratulations host! Due to the RC cells present in the Ukaku, it has a chance to be further upgraded with the addition of bloodlines in the future! Unfortunately, your current bloodlines will not affect it as it was just integrated!]

"F*ck! This work's amazing for me! I didn't even know about this!" Shuji thought in excitement. He was only planning to use this due to its usefulness but now it could advance with him! This worked extremely well for him because he needed a new way to fly because he knew Albion would get his own body soon, and who wouldn't want a kagune?! An Ukaku kagune developed into wings on the back and can cover its user to shield them from attacks. It can also shoot small sharp objects for long-range attacks as well.

Now in the future when he evolved so would his kagune. He was slowly starting to think that this was one of his best purchases. He wanted to continue browsing but knew he need to save the rest of his points. It would be a shame if he planned all this much only to use his points on some short time abilities. One question he did have for himself is why there was no Dragon Ball store in the shop. When he asked the response he got was…

Shuji hearing this however didn't mind much. He didn't think that being a Super Saiyan would suit him much and he also didn't know much about most of the abilities in DBZ.

Shuji wanted to start practicing with his Kagune but he knew he couldn't right now due to Chu Yuechan being present. So while slightly sad he opened his eyes to find that it was night. He saw Chu Yuechan some distance away sleeping. He felt the cold air and thought that she might get sick while forgetting that cultivators were immune to natural weather. He walked towards her and take his robe off and covered her with it. Afterward, he made a nice house with the use of Doton and decided to make some food.

As the sun slowly came up, so did Chu Yuechan from her sleep. Slowly opening her eyes she sat up. She smelled something that smelled really good and also felt really warm. She looked around to find that she was sleeping outside! She gasped at the thought of this and looked around. She looked down and recognized Itachi's robe while feeling complex in her heart.

"He… he cares if I catch a cold?" she thought while smiling. She was a cultivator and practiced the Frozen Cloud Art so of course, she was resistant to the cold. Even so, it warmed her heart to know that he was thinking of her well-being. She looked towards the smell only to see a house right next to her! When she saw it she was stunned! It looked quite homey and she decided to enter. Inside she saw Itachi cooking inside of the kitchen with the dinner table set for two.

"Oh? You have woken up? Here have a good breakfast. My food is the best you will ever taste." he said proudly. Seeing this view she thought it was quite incredible. She had smelled the food from outside and her mouth was watering. This was someone who didn't lust for her but took care of her even she didn't treat him well.

Shyly she sat in her chair as he carried multiple items to the table. She felt very embarrassed being treated like this but part of her felt warm. She tried the first treat on the table and it was incredible. She opened her eyes to find herself on a fluffy cloud! She looked around thinking it was an illusion only to find that there were little bits of chocolate flying towards her. She tried to dodge but she couldn't and she was embraced in the incredible flavor of the fluffy pastry and chocolate. She opened her eyes and look at her food once again with wide eyes.

"That was a chocolate croissant. In my opinion, it's an ideal breakfast." Itachi said with a warm smile. Chu Yuechan nodded shyly before looking back at the "Chocolate Croissant" that was so delicious. Eventually, she couldn't hold herself back anymore and decided to eat the rest. She had never tasted something quite this extraordinary. She felt like she was back when she saw the Sect Mistress stretching her hand out to her for a place to call home. She felt very happy and it was one of the best experiences of her life.

"This is hot chocolate, try it," he said handing her a cup of it. She drank a little while she was still smiling. It was very warm but so was the atmosphere while she drank it. For someone who had always had a stressful life trying to prove herself to her sect, it was a refreshing feeling. She didn't have to worry about cultivation, she didn't have to worry about her sister, she didn't have to worry about letting down the Sect Mistress who took her in. She just was able to finally relax and drink this cup of "Hot Chocolate" while talking with Itachi.

"Thank you," she told Itachi with emotion. Itachi stood up and softly spoke "Don't mention it." before they continued talking. During this time, Chu Yuechan had the image of a husband and wife sharing breakfast together with two little kids running around while the sun rose in their warm little house. It was quite a happy thought and she wouldn't mind it being true.
