8 Chapter 8: Twin Amazoness (Part 3)

Finding nothing wrong with Tiona's bandages, I put her down after applying some bandages, just to be on the safe side. Looking at the injuries I calculated it would take at least about a week to make a full recovery for both of them.

As I dusted off my shirt, I placed a lid on the still hot food and left it on the bed side for when they woke up. After which I left the house to find a secluded place to finish up my daily routine of training, hunting, and more training.

Reaching home late in the afternoon I noticed the sun slowly starting to go down. When I opened the door I could hear the sound of two little girls talking, excitedly. Entering the house, I lightly closed the door, so as to not ruin the two girl's chat. However this attempt ended feudal as the soft closing of the door was loud enough for the two fully awake, level two Amazoness adventurers. As I turned around a small bundle of overly excited Amazoness pounced on me, sending me backwards to the wall and nearly breaking a rib or two.

'That's definitely at least a fracture' I thought to myself, as I held in my voice due to my [Aura of Nobility (D-)] still being in effect.

I slowly got up gasping for air, one arm on the wall being used as a support, with the other trapped under the (non-existent) chest of shoulder length Amazoness, still attached to me.

Her grip tighter than a boa constrictor, as she quietly hummed over the sound of my cracking bones. As I looked down at her little head, rubbing into my clothes as if a wolf searching for heat in the middle of winter or a baby snuggling up in its mother's mothers embrace, I noticed another shadow coming towards me.

Looking up I noticed the form of another Amazoness standing there with an amused smirk on her face. Seeming to have had enough fun watching her bizarre sister's antics, the Amazoness finally spoke.

''Tiona, let go of him, your going to strangle him.'' She chastised her sister with an amused tone.

As she said this the now certified koala, Tiona, jolted as if only now realizing her actions. She reluctantly let go and retreated slowly to her sister's side, while apologizing.

''Sorry…'' she said with a slightly worried tone, as she took her older sister's words seriously.

Drawing a snicker out Tione as she looked at her sister's antics not realizing how right she was.

'She really thinks someone who could scare off a horde of monsters with just a word could be strangled by an injured level 2 adventurer', Tione thought to herself.

''Cough, sorry it seems I haven't introduced myself, I'm Izumi, I was passing by when I saw you hurt'' Izumi clarified the situation beforehand in case they were suspicious of him.

Tione, hearing his explanation only nodded with a slight smile, seemingly happy to know his name. While, Tiona had stares in her eyes as she fangirled over their savior.

''Just like a fairytale! The hero rescuing a stranger in peril!'' Tiona excitedly whispered, drawing parallels to the stories she'd read and the boy in front of her.

The older twin, Tione, meanwhile thought something else; 'So it was fate that brought us together!' She equally as excitedly thought.

Regaining her bearings first, Tione coughed lightly and introduced herself, while fixing her poster and popping out her chest to accentuate her growing chest.

''The name's Tione, handsome'' She started as seductively as possible (for a 7 year old.)

Hearing her introduction Izumi nodded, while not interested in a 7 year old, his mind imagined her older self as he sneakily stole a glance at her chest. This however did not escape Tione's sight as she smudged slightly and her aura brightened up quite a lot.

Tiona, who was still fangirling over Izumi also introduced herself, but found herself stuttering as her cheeks became flushed.

''I-I'm T-t-Tiona, i i-it's n-ni-nice to meet chu'' She stuttered as she bit her tongue at the end. Seemingly embarrassed at her failure of an introduction and inability to talk straight to her face, she closed her eyes and looked down sadly.

Amused by her timidness and adorableness, Izumi compared her current self and future self, believing her current state was just her being shy as a child.

'I guess her confidence and outgoingness came as she grew older, now she's probably really shy and bad with talking to people' he thought as he looked at the downcast Amazoness, who he thought was just shy around new people.

Deciding to console her, Izumi took his hand and patted her head. Tiona having her head pat let out a satisfied 'hmm~' after which her eyes widened as she looked up at him, stupefied at his action.

''It's nice to meet you Tiona and Tione.'' he said gently with a smile, causing Tiona to once again grow flushed, but this time not pass out.

Tione however puffed her cheeks and turned her head to the side, seemingly upset at being addressed second. This quickly turned into a smile as she looked upon the boy's gentle smile and her sister's embarrassed face. Simply, enjoying the rare sight of her outgoing and headstrong sister being embarrassed.

After giving Tiona her fill of headpats, Izumi decided to talk about what the two Amazoness should do now. While sitting in the living room on a sofa facing the twin Amazoness as they sat parallel to him, the only thing separating them was a coffee table that Izumi had made months back, with sweets he had recreated, with his cooking skills.

As Tiona filled her mouth with chocolate, eagerly eating it, creating a small mess around her lips and fingers. Tione also ate the chocolate savoring it every bite, but in a slower and more elegant posture as she tried to accentuate her breast and well toned abs, sometimes peeking at him to see his reaction.

Izumi, however, had a serious look and stared into their eyes as he began talking about the injuries they received and the treatment he had given them.

''Overall, you to should make a full recovery, however since my house is quite a bit far from any village, I'd like for the two of you to stay here for at least a week to let your wounds heal.'' Izumi seriously stated, worried about their current situations.

''I understand you two may feel better already, however it would be much safer to stay here for a little longer so you can be sure you won't run into trouble on your way back to your Familia. Having said that, I can't force you to do anything you don't want to and understand if yo-'' Not being able to finish his sentence as the two Amazoness cutting him off.

''''We'll stay!'''' They both said together, Tione with a clear loud voice and Tiona with her mouth still full of chocolate as her words came out muffeled.

*Cough**Cough* Tiona nearly choked on the chocolate after her barely audible outburst. Beating her chest to help with the digestion, she coughed and once again said

''We'll Stay!'' This time her voice was as clear and loud as Tione's.

Slightly surprised by their outburst and a little relieved they wouldn't do anything dangerous, he sighed and closed his eyes as he once again adopted a gentle and kind smile.

''Then for the duration of this week you'll be in my care. Happy to have you.'' Izumi said, with his warm smile.

In response, Tiona's and even Tione's faces' completely blushed and they could only nod their head repeatedly in a subdued manner.

Seeing their response, Izumi visibly beamed and said; ''Great! I'll cook up some dinner for you two and prepare a room.'' in a happy tone as he made haste to prepare everything.

Watching him leave the two sighed. Tione, noticing her sister's change in attitude adopted a pensive look as she stared at her sister who still faced the hallway Izumi had just left in. Turning to the same direction her sister faced her face changed to a resolute one and nodded once as she released a sigh. What she was thinking, only she knew.

After Izumi had prepared dinner and a room the two Amazoness found their room. Throughout the next four days a cycle repeated of Izumi making breakfast and eating together. Then making lunch before leaving Tiona and Tione home to complete his [Daily Missions] and [World Missions]; skillfully killing the wolves with traps and killing and poisoning deer carcass he would leave for the wolves. Finally coming home early to spend time with the twins and making dinner for them which was followed by a peaceful sleep and led to a new cycle.

Over the four days Izumi grew closer to the Amazoness twins, and they too fell in love with more aspects of him. As Tiona slowly gained the ability to actually talk to him without stuttering, Izumi felt more and more like an elder brother to the Amazoness that looked up to him as a hero. However he chose to ignore the small shows of affections hinting at something bigger, but as a reincarnator he refused to become a peto, something foreign to this world as the age of consent was oddly ten in this backwards world.

Now late at night of the fourth day of living with Izumi, two Amazoness sisters could be seen sitting in their bed facing each other in the middle of night. Both with a serious look on their face, waiting for the other to speak first.

Unable to bear the heavy silence any longer Tiona finally speaks up, as she breathes in and steals her resolve, her eyes sharpen and opens her mouth to finally reveal her inner thoughts to the world.

''I'm in love with Izumi!'' Tiona shouted, only to cover her mouth right after with a shocked face, after realizing she had spoken so loudly. With a worried and nervous look her head turned to the side staring at the door, only breathing in a sigh of relief after 5 minutes, sure Izumi hadn't heard her.

''I'm in love with Izumi.'' she said again this time much more quieter and shy. She slowly looked up to see her sister barely holding back a laugh, at her embarrassing confession.

Angered, she puffed her cheeks and threw a flurry of soft punches into Tione's shoulder, as the older Amazoness could no longer hold her laughter. However unbeknownst to anyone, there was a hint of sadness in her tone.

'It should be like this. Tione deserves to be happy.' She inwardly said as her heart ached and a sad frown was concealed in the depths of her sisterly laugh. As Tiona calmed down she looked to the side as her arms were crossed and cheeks puffed out.

''That's why let's share him!'' Said Tiona with a look of certainty. Hearing this however caused Tione's eyes to widen as she stared at her sister with an incredulous look.

As Tione stared speechlessly at her sister with her mouth opened wide, as if looking at an alien, Tiona now adopted a teasing smile.

''You like him too, right?'' She declared, causing Tione even more shock as her stupid sister had seen through her.

''I..I-I don-'' As she speechlessly tried to retort she was cut off by Tiona.

''Don't say bullshit, your attitude and personality totally changed around him!'' Tiona once again said something that caused Tione's entire world to spin.

''You always act more reckless and blood thirsty than me, the only times you don't are when you're around someone You~ Care~ About~! Do you really not expect me to realize how calm you've been, I mean you normally would of held him at knife point and threw insult if you woke up in someone else's house, even if they saved you!'' She teased as she revealed the cold hard truth that Tione refused to acknowledge.

''Y-You-u W-Wha, No there's no way your Tiona, who are you!!'' Tione accused not believing her headstrong overly energetic sister to understand her emotions.

''Even I can see things if you make it obvious! I have the biggest brain!'' She stated, full of confidence and pride in herself.

''But-t-t, then it wouldn't be fair to you…'' Tione replied as her voice grew quieter the more she talked.

''Huhuhu, it's fine, in all those hero tales it wasn't rare for the hero to have a harem!'' Tiona declared, as her hands on her hips.

''But, no that's…'' Tione tried to counter but was too lost in the conversation to come up with anything.

''It's fine, no? If he has multiple lovers doesn't it mean he's just really worth it! If anything you're getting another sister as well as a man, it's a two for one deal!.'' Tiona said with a smile, as her older sister was now completely unable to keep up with the conversation.

Tione, becoming no longer able to retort her thick headed sister's madness, turned over and went to sleep under her blanket with a 'hump' while trying to hide a light blush. Followed by a leg coming out of the blanket and kicking Tiona not-so-softly off the bed. Tiona, fallen on the ground, only laughed with a goofy smile.

As night fell and Tione fell asleep, Tiona got up off the floor and snuggled up to her sister. Holding her precious older sister in her arms, she happily smiled, as for the first time in a long while her sister had genuinely found happiness.

'I feel a bit sour I have to share, but I mean a lot of hero's had big families, and I don't really hate the thought of having more sisters… As long as you don't have to suffer…' She thought as she looked at her sleeping older sister, remembering the not so pleasant memories of butchering her own roommates and friends in place of Tione…

'I'm glad you won't have to cry anymore. Sis' Tiona thought as she slept soundly.

In another room a boy slept soundly, his soft white hair rested atop his pillow, resembling a lion's mane, and his chest softly rose and fell with his quiet breathing.

Unbeknownst to anyone a light *Ding* sounded in the quiet room followed by a screen only he could see appearing in front of him. On the screen bold words sat at the center.

As the notifications come and go, the person they pertain to had no clue they ever happened as he rested peacefully oblivious to the events transpiring in another room of his house. Blissfully ignorant of the coming storm to come the next day.
