1 Hell of Opportunity

In an unsightly looking room there is a young man browsing the internet with seemingly lifeless eyes. He thinks about how life has failed him when it was really his own laziness that led to this. He thinks 'Wouldn't it be easier to end it all?'.

He grabs his gun aims it at the temple of his head and.....

Then suddenly he feels different

'I'm still alive..? Is this a coma? What am I hearing?' he thought while his vision was still blackened while hearing strange but disturbing sounds.

He opens his eyes and then witnesses the gruesome and quite literally hellish sight around him.

"Wh- where is thi-is.." He seems to be quite startled with his current predicament as he sees fire and brimstone everywhere with pulsing flesh everywhere with zombie-like demonic figures everywhere and the screams of the damned reveberating everywhere.

"Is this hell..? I knew taking the easy way out would've taken me to hell if the Christian God was real but to actually....."

Somehow he seems to have gotten back his composure. Is this the works of his fast adaptibility as a new citizen of hell?

He then looks at himself and realizes that he is almost no different from the other demons which somewhat frightens him that he has also lost his humanity.

"My skin color seems to be of a more blueish color than these... demons and I feel pretty strong much more so than my old frail self, although I'm not so sure on how strong I am compared to the other demons.." While looking at himself with strange curiousity.

Then suddenly a normal zombie looking demon pounces at him with pure hatred and malice for reasons unknown!

He looks at the demon and panics for a bit but realizing panic is futile in this situation he hastily kicked at the demon which threw it against the ground.

'Damnit! They attack their own people??' .... he thought hectically not knowing anything can go wrong in hell.

"They seem not to have much intelligence and I am a bit stronger from what I can see.. So maybe I can win this?" he quietly said while leaving his own fate to a gamble.

When the demon stood back up it charged again while the 'intelligent' blue demon punched right at the demon's head with the 2 colliding forces causing a loud BANG! sound.

The demon's head now is in multiple pieces with brains splattered everywhere. The blue demon looks at the mess in disgust wanting to vomit despite physically not being able to in his current predicament.

The blue demon then feels a strange but refreshing sensation that revitalizes him and makes him feeling just a little bit stronger.

"So killing these demons makes me stronger..?"
