Right after Rimuru swallowed Veldora, the magical signal of his disappeared completely throughout the world causing people in high positions to be on edge as they all wanted to know what happened.

Meanwhile, the culprits behind all that chaos were walking out of the cave.

"Hmhmmhmm♪" on their way out, Rimuru was humming a song all the way.

"...You seem Happy." Acnologia couldn't help but notice.

"Do I?" Rimuru said cheerfully "I mean we are about to leave the cave and all." If course that wasn't all, Rimuru was still basking in his joy because of getting a new family so soon with two brothers.

"It is all written on your round body." Acnologia said but then his focused shifted towards the direction they are walking to "...A gate?" He asked.

"Ooh, it is the exit!" Rimuru exclaimed but then his excitement dropped when he noticed that is locked "How do we open it?" The gate looks strong.

"...By destroying it." Acnologia said in stoic tone, as if it was a fact...which is.

"Eh! No! If you do the cave may even collapse on us!" Rimuru noted quickly.

"What do suggest then? Go back?" Acnologia asked. His blue light shined when he spoke.

"...Hm...Let us look for another way first, we'll destroy the gate if we don't find one. Okay?" Rimuru looked at his brother soul and spoke.

Acnologia sighed "That is a waste of time. Let us just melt a hole in the gate." He said.

However, before he can fire it, the gate started to open and three humans walked in.

Rimuru quickly hide behind a rock and Acnologia just floated up to the wall.

"Those are humans? Why are they here?" Rimuru asked Acnologia using Telepathy.

"Who knows...but the gate is open. Let us take the chance and exit."

While the trio were arguing with each other, Rimuru and Acnologia quickly avoided them and left the cave.

Once they were outside "Whoaa!!" Rimuru was surprised by the beautiful forest in front of them "This is so beautiful!"

"It's just trees." Acnologia commented.

Rimuru chuckled "Fufufu! Brother, in my world, Forests were like treasures to us with how the world was polluted." He said.

"What caused that pollution?"

"Then you should have killed them." Acnologia said in monotony voice.

Rimuru looked at him "That is not how it works, those guys control our world, so we don't have a say in what they do."

Acnologia chuckled "Kekek, that is more of a reason to kill them." He said.

"Are we you gonna keep suggesting murder for all of our problems?" Rimuru said as he jumped on the trees to play.

While Rimuru was playing, Acnologia noticed we creatures up ahead with his magic perception "I feel creatures in front of us."

Rimuru jumped down "Oh! Really, let us go and see." Rimuru speed up and Acnologia followed after him shortly thinking 'There is no need for the rush.'

When they reached the location. The two brothers saw a group of goblins bring attacked by a small pack of 4 wolves. When you look at it carefully, the wolves were playing with the goblins.

"... That looks very wrong." Rimuru said.

"Nothing is wrong with that, the weak gets humiliated by the strong, that is the natural order of survival. Besides....they are monsters. Non-intelligent brings, this is their life."

As Acnologia spoke. The two heard the goblins shout "GAH!! Brothers! endure! We must not let them reach out village!!." One blond goblin said. He said as he thrusted his spear at a wolf, but it did no damage.

Seeing this, Rimuru looked at Acnologia. "Non-intelligent?" He said.

At this point, Acnologia let go of Rimuru "Fine. But this won't end by just helping them." He then floated forward and released his magic aura.

While the wolves were toying with the goblins, they felt cold air go past them. And then they heard.

"Dogs..." An icy voice boomed into their ears, immediately every wolf and goblin felt their knees go weak as they felt the incoming Dread.

A Blue shiny orb and small slime came out of the bushes, the wolves did not feel like staying here at all. Their instinct kicked in and they ran away like stray dogs.

Seeing this, Acnologia didn't feel like wasting his energy on fleeing dogs.

"You okay?" The slime jumped to the goblins to check on them.

But that seemed to have the opposite effect.

"Ooh! Great ones! Have mercy!" The goblins trembled in fear. Making Rimuru confused.

Taking notice, Acnologia sighed "It is your magic, it has been active all the time, they fear it."

Rimuru asked the Great Sage and he felt embarrassed, soon the aura around Rimuru went down. "How about now? You guys okay? Did the wolves harm you?"

The blond goblin took charge and spoke "Yes, great ones!! We are fine, this mercy you gave us is praise worthy."

"Nah, nah. We good, What matters is that you are safe." Rimuru said.

"Now that you are safe, get to your homes." Acnologia spoke. The longer they stay, the longer Rimuru will stay here too.

The blond Goblin had a down expression "I am afraid, after the Storm Dragon Veldora disappeared, all beats started rampaging in the forest, without his protection...there is no safe place anymore."

Acnologia sighed 'This is won't end soon.' he thought.

"..." Acnologia gave us, it is not like they have anything to do "Fine. We don't have anywhere to go for the time being, we will help, in return they will give us a place to stay."

"Hurray!" Rimuru shouted.

Hearing this, the blond goblin smiled "Oh great ones! I am sure the village chief will have a very nice place for you to stay. Please follow me!" He said. After him, the goblins departed.

Rimuru too followed "Let us go, Brother!" He said as he bounced after them.

Acnologia followed silently "Well, something good may come out of this."
